Megan in the pharmacy is great and gave me wonderful service today (Aug 4, 2023)I had called 5 other pharmacies (two Walmarts, a CVS, a Walgreens and a Publix) to find out if they had the eye drops that my doctor ordered. These were over-the-counter drops, nothing special, but I had eye surgery yesterday and my eye was swollen and painful and the swelling was pushing on the stitches and I was miserable. I couldn't see well enough drive, so I was relying on my boyfriend to take me to get the drops, and I wanted to make sure we wouldn't have to drive all around three counties to get them. Every pharmacy that I called either just put me on hold and forgot about me, or they said "we don't carry that, but thanks for calling, bye." When I called Kroger (on Canton Rd) Megan answered the pharmacy line on the second ring. This gave me a slight hope. I explained what the doctor wanted me to have, and Megan checked her supplier, and said yes, she could have them by Monday. I said how I had already called 5 other pharmacies and I was desperate to get these drops today, and Megan said for me to hold on and she would check the over-the-counter shelves to see if any was out there. She came back right away, saying that she found a generic version of the same eye drops, and that the pharmacist had confirmed that the generic was equivalent to the name-brand that I had asked about. Megan said she would save this bottle for me and she wrote my name on it. I got a ride to Kroger, and sure enough, Megan had saved the eye drops for me. I've used the drops twice now, and I'm already feeling so much better. I was even able to sleep for the first time since the surgery. I'm so grateful to Megan for her compassion and willingness to help me.

I highly recommend the Pharmacy at this Kroger Location. Unfortunately, I don't have any comments that are positive about the actual Grocery Store aspect of this location. It's extremely frustrating, this store is so convenient to me and my family but when shopping for groceries and general household items this store just doesn't seem to put forth the effort to consistently keep their shelves stocked with items that they're customer base is consistently purchasing! Also the Produce Section has been extremely lacking lately and for some time the produce that is available is not to standard, especially compared with Publix's selection and quality! Back to the original reason I was posting this, so sorry..rambling, the entire Pharmacy Staff is amazing! My family and I have been filling our prescriptions here for over 20 years and they always have been so helpful and actually treat us like they care about our wellbeing! Marlo, is the main Pharmacist and she has always gone out of her way to make sure our prescriptions are safe and do not react negatively with anything we may be taking. She's more knowledgeable than most Doctor's and always is willing to give me advice regarding any medical concerns I have and she will always give me her opinion, no holds barred, I really respect that. Again everyone there is so helpful, extremely knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile to help every patient and exceed their expectations. I am thankful for all that they do for the high work ethic that the Kroger Pharmacy Staff maintains daily is beyond a rarity in our society today.

Store is apparently under new management with a desire to get people out of the store as quickly as possible. Not with good service but with loud obnoxious music that made my wife skip her usual "cruise the aisles" routine and just pick up the necessities and leave. Checkout clerk observed that the music selection can be "annoying" to some customers. Different people have different musical tastes, but managers that impose their genre on their customers and pump up the volume to dance hall volumes will limit their customer base.

Lord have mercy, I brought reusable grocery bags, and this nasty, crusty old bag lady couldn't stop complaining about it. I finally took over bagging the groceries to get out of there faster. So unprofessional. And the place stinks and is laid out terribly. Kroger has some of the worst employees.

Unfortunately customer service is mostly poor at this location, both before and after Covid. There are a few friendly employees, but most will walk right by you and not speak or offer assistance. I normally use self checkout, but earlier in the week I used the regular line. The 50ish year old woman ringing me up gave me my total. I told her the other items there were also mine, and she was very snippy with me. She said, "I asked you if those were yours." And I answered, "Yes, and I said that they were." If I go through the line most cashiers are friendlier/more pleasant than this woman was. I don't recommend this Kroger if you have a lot to purchase. It is close to where I live, so I go here often to save time. However, my plan is to go to a different location more and save myself the frustration with poor customer service.

This Kroger is located on Canton Road not too far from the Cherokee County line and sits in a large shopping plaza that it anchors along with a few eateries, local businesses and an Anytime Fitness. This Kroger is one with the older layout with the bakery/deli/chicken counters located to the far left of the store near the frozen section. Additionally, given this they do not have the sandwich counter or cheese station like the more updated locations. Parking is no issue here as the shopping center has a massive lot, so you should never run into issues with finding a space. Service was solid. I popped in to grab a few things for dinner on the way home from Woodstock and I was greeted in an aisle by a Manager and then the cashier was friendly and helpful as well. Given the current climate, they are facing staffing issues, along with everyone else, so on the day of my visit the deli/bakery/chicken counter closed at 4:00 PM. One thing I do enjoy about this Kroger is that they always seem to have buggies on the inside! A few other local Kroger's have scorned me about buggies, so I still grab one from the parking lot, but this location does a good job at keeping a few inside at all times. Overall, I am a Kroger loyalist and this location checks all the boxes for a standard and solid Kroger for when I need to swing in for something.

Great place to buy gas if you have a Kroger card.

I work in healthcare. I am accustomed to how awful customers can be and I am very thankful for kind people. However, there are 2 employees that just make it absolutely miserable to go there. 1. One girl with different colored hair who shouts very annoying things out to be "funny". Someone needs to just tell her to be quiet and think about things before she opens her mouth. She's constantly arguing with other employees. 2 the bitter old lady that runs the evening cash register. She is very rude and slams all of our products down as if we have done something to her personally lol she might just hate her job or just really hate the younger generations all together, who knows! That's her own opinion but suck it up. If I can put on a smile and do the miserable things I did to get where I am now, she can too. A smile and kind word goes a very long way. Oh and she snaps at the other younger employees alllllll the time. This poor kid almost cried.

It isn't bad but they really need to help the kids out on grocery delivery. I've been up there on a weekend with one kid working. It isn't his fault it gets backed up and is slow. Management needs to hire more people in that area. Overall, this is a nice store and it's clean, people are friendly. Recommend.

Good gas prices compared to some of the normal gas stations. Also convenient for drive thru drink purchases like soda, water and energy drinks. The shopping center itself is a little hard to get in and out of when there's a lot of traffic in canton rd.

Booo, shame on you for removing the free air that's been here for 20+ years! I used to buy gas here just as a thank you for the free air but now I will just go anywhere.

Dude who works nights at this Kroger Fuel is the only employee I've seen work the closing shift. He seems to always have a smile just waiting to share...consistently, as well as his cheerful & personable attitude toward everyone who pulls up. Working in that small, plexiglass box as he serves his customers might seem confining, but every time I've stopped, he's been keeping himself busy outside the box by servicing trash cans, cleaning up, etc. If you don't see him out there, no doubt you'll agree when you witness the job well done... Whether he's inside, outside or upside-down (ok, it's unlikely he'll be standing on his head), the all-around experience of a late-night fill up at this Kroger surely won't disappoint... Unless you need to use diesel. You won't find it there! ⛽

It's the closest Kroger in my area and I like that when Publix and Walmart close at 10, I can come here. Lately though, half the stuff I've been buying is expired. Not two days old expired but two months and even a year expired. I recently bought 4 bottles of tea and 2 had expired September 2019. I bought some almond milk the same day and it had expired August this year--seven weeks old. I should have checked the dates in these but because of the fact that tea and almond milk can last a while, I assumed they would be fine. You can get your money back with a receipt but it's the fact that they're running promotions on expired goods is the problem.

I was raving about their pickup service at first but that's changed. The last time I got there to pick up my order they had substituted some things without notification but the associate who brought my order out said they were extremely busy and hadn't had a chance to notify me. I understood, things happen and the substitutions weren't horrible , just not what I wanted. Just marked "No Substitutions" on next order. Today, there's no excuse. I placed my order and went to pick it up. I ran out of the house with only my phone, card and ID because I knew I wouldn't need anything else. They tried to run my card on the little pad but it wouldn't work (almost never does) so they carried it inside. He came back out and said my card was declined! I knew my balance before I got there but called to check and it said there was a charge from Kroger for that amount today so it wouldn't take the second charge. I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me that it may be a "phantom charge" and should be back on my card tomorrow. I sat there for over 40 minutes! So I didn't get my groceries, I got charged for my groceries and I wasted over an hour of my day for nothing. I do understand that things happen but this is my neighborhood grocery store that I shop, have my prescriptions filled and in my opinion, any decent manager would have figured out a solution to keep me as a customer. That didn't happen so I will find another store.

Better management over this location.. much happier with my experience! Everyone has masks on during this pandemic and everyone is very kind and helpful.
