Kohls is not what it used to be. Inventory is low, and it's difficult to find average sizes of clothes. Prices are too high for the quality of the product.

Wanted to try on a shirt but everything is locked up. Couldn't get an employee to help. Why even bother going to a store? This isn't the country I grew up in-- find another solution that doesn't exclude paying customers and make them feel bad. If this is the future of Kohl's, Kohls and stores like it are dead.

Over the holidays I have visited this store about 12 times. I have told everyone there that I do not want to have their stupid 31% interest rate credit card that they push on young people like crazy. I am an attorney and currently representing not one but two clients that were victims of predatory lending at this location. You can't tell someone that they're going to save a bunch of money... and then charge them 31% interest.
