I was looking for a new hairdresser. Needed a hair cut and color. There is no sign for the entrance but I found my way. Once inside, I was greeted and asked to come up stairs. The receptionists asked me what services I was wanting. She took my name and number, gave me Maria's business card and said to allow 24-48 hours for a call back. The stylists make their own hours. I was very open and accommodating to their convenience and to their hours. Been 10 days and not a word from anyone. I would not recommend this place for lack of customer service and lack of response. Obviously people don't want to work or have lost customer service skills.

Being fairly new to the area, I had no idea where to start when choosing a hair stylist. After doing some online research of many salons in Marietta, I felt like this one had the vibe I was looking for. Maria, who was fully booked at first, had a last minute cancellation and offered the spot to me. So lucky. She did such an amazing job. It is clearly important to her to get a comprehensive understanding of her clients so that she may do what works best for them. Not to mention, the overall feel of the place is cozy and welcoming. Thank you, Maria, for giving me a fresh new look and a boost of confidence!!
