Kirkland's is a great store, but I saw the manager or sales person yelling at a nice group of young Kids/Adults playing a Pokemon Go game on the side of the store and told them to leave. Ive seen this happen several times. They were not hurting anyone or doing anything wrong, just playing a game. Sad they had to be so rude to such a nice group of kids and thier parents just walking around the Avenue. The other stores at the Avenue are always very respectful and nice to the families playing.

Employees should go through basic customer service training. What an unpleasant experience it was shopping at this location. All other one star reviews are spot on.

Manager should get some customer service training. Pretty rude when returning an online curtain purchase via PayPal. They have to reach out to online customer service when refunds are via PayPal.Everyone else involved was apologizing for the wait and explained the process.The manager asked why I was returning and said they don’t sell curtains, did I measure first in a rude tone. She wasn’t even processing the return.Anyways I created an online return label and drop it at Walgreens to return via FedEx.

Great store and I would love to shop here again however this is the second time I have been reprimanded by Monica. My girlfriend and I sat down on a couch to test it out to buy, and she yelled across the store to get off the furniture. If you’re wanting to buy furniture, don’t go here unless you want to buy by the look not how comfy (which their furniture is not) the furniture is. I dont know how she hasn’t gotten fired due to her costumer service skills or blatant racism toward a white couple considering how sweet she was toward the black couple within the store. Good luck Monica with your attitude problem, can’t wait to see you next time I sit on your furniture.

Bare and boring. Decorating ideas need to be fun and vibrant like it used to be. I like neutral, but it's too neutral. Lacks character, personality.

Susan and Monica are awesome!! Great customer service and very friendly. We came in right around close and both women were so happy to help us. We didn’t feel rushed and they took their time and made sure everything was perfect for us. Smiles and GREAT PRICES abound!! Highly recommend!
