If you're looking for a place to send your kids so they can catch every possible illness under the sun, this is the perfect spot. The lack of hygiene practices is alarming – I've seen better cleanliness standards in a gas station bathroom. It's as if they actively encourage the spread of germs. The staff's attitude matches the general state of the facility – apathetic and careless. It's clear they have no genuine interest in the well-being of the children under their care. I've seen them ignore children's needs, leave them unattended, and fail to address behavioral issues. It's a recipe for disaster.Save yourself the misery and heartache. Do not, under any circumstances, subject your kids to this daycare. Sending your children here would be a grave mistake that could lead to endless trips to the doctor and countless sleepless nights caring for sick children. It's shocking that this place is allowed to operate at all. Your children deserve better – don't settle for this nightmare of a daycare.Adding to the horrors of this daycare, I can't ignore the emotional toll it takes on children. My own experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every time I drop my child off, they become a bundle of tears and screams, clinging to me as if their life depended on it. It's heart-wrenching to see my child's distress and fear of being left in such a dreadful place.Their reaction speaks volumes about the environment within those walls. A daycare should be a safe and nurturing space where children feel comfortable and secure. Instead, my child's reaction is a clear indication that this place is far from that ideal. No child should be subjected to such emotional distress on a regular basis, and it's beyond disheartening to witness the impact it has on them.If your child's mental and emotional well-being matter to you, I implore you to think twice before considering this daycare. The constant screaming and crying are not just a phase – they're a cry for help, a plea to escape from an environment that they rightfully perceive as nightmarish. Your child's happiness and peace of mind should always come first, and this daycare is a far cry from providing that.

We have really enjoyed our time at Kids R Kids North Cobb! My son first started when he was 1 1/2 years old and I have loved every teacher he has had. They all have worked with him through the hard and easy milestones with sweet and kind hearts and open communication. He loves school and comes home talking about all his teachers (shout out to Ms. La'Keal, Ms. Kim, Ms. Jordan, Ms. D, Ms. Kimmeh, and Ms. Jessica) and friends. I am beyond amazed at all he is learning too. They really have a great learning environment while still having fun. My daughter started when she was 5 months old and we feel the same about her teachers as we do with my son's (shout out to Ms. Jolly and Ms. Silvia). They have been so caring and nurturing toward my daughter. She loves them and reaches out to them when she sees them. The front office staff is always so welcoming, kind, and willing to help whenever we need anything. I was very nervous about leaving my kids at daycare. I wanted to make sure they had cameras to see my child's class which they provide. Since the moment I walked into Kids R Kids North Cobb, the teachers and staff have made me feel at peace about sending my kids here. I cannot say enough about this daycare and recommend it to all my friends! Hope this helps! :)

Long overdue but, I had to praise how amazing Ms. D is. My girls stayed home till they were almost 3, so they were always surrounded with so much love and care! I honestly didn't think I could even put them in daycare, I was so scared to trust someone outside of family with my girls. Then Ms. D became their teacher and showed our girls so much love, care, compassion, and patience. They blossomed in her class and finally started to adjust not only to the big changes of school but started to enjoy going. I can't thank Ms. D enough for all she did for my girls ?They are now in private pre k with yet another kind, compassionate and loving teacher.Ms.Kimmeh has been nothing short of amazing. The girls come home saying nothing but great things about "their" Ms. Kimmeh. They learn a new skill eveytime they go to school and continue to get better with each day. I finally feel totally comfortable and at ease that my girls are in good hands and are bring shown so much love and care. One happy Momma here ❤️ Thanks Ms.D and Ms. Kimmeh for taking such good care of B & G!

Ms. Kimmeh Hawkine is awesome! She genuinely cares about the kids and works very hard to create a great class environment. Ms.Kimmeh communicates well with the family to ensure that all the important messages get related. It's a pleasure to interact with her!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Treated my baby niece terribly when she was an infant and force fed her without consent from anyone in the family. The employee responsible for my niece was never fired and nothing ever happened to this place. Wouldn’t recommend this daycare to anyone in this world.

My friends daughter only attended here for a few weeks before she caught her on camera being flipped upside down. We still have the footage saved on her phone. Her baby was 3 months old, THREE MONTHS OLD, and the teacher in the infant room was sitting on the floor holding her by her feet upside down. She was also being shaken very hard for a baby. She contacted Amanda multiple times and she never placed any effort in taking actions. After that my friend decided not to go back to work anymore and stay home with her baby until she could trust somewhere else.

Just now after two weeks after everything i am able to get myself to write a review. I enrolled my 3 month old, and i only took her for 3 days and i never want her back there ever again. parents, if you love your baby find somewhere else. i was watching them through the app that gives you camera access, and in 10 min of watching i saw the caregiver flip my baby upside down, KEEP IN MIND SHES ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD!!! and she wrestled a baby to force him a bottle that she was pretty much almost chocking him. she also put my baby on a bouncy chair and shook her so hard and fast that you can see her head coming back and forth on the footage. Also saw her flipping another baby upside down and being rough with him too. I feel so stupid for trusting them with my baby just because they are expensive, and that is because theres cameras can u imagine if there was not??????? please go somewhere else. it was almost 500$ for the enrollment fee plus the first week and i preferred to loose all the money than to take her there again. 3 days was enough

We have been at KRK North Cobb for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier! The leadership/staff is warm and inviting every time I walk in the door. My child has thrived in the private Pre-K program and is looking forward to moving to GA Pre-k in the fall. He always tells me that Ms. Hope makes the best food. We love our KRK family!

We have been to another local KRK location and have enjoyed getting to know the staff at this location over the past year. We are thankful to have both of our children attend a school that has high regard for cleanliness, responsive administration, and teachers that have taken the time to get to know them. Our son has specifically bonded with the lead teacher in the infant room and our daughter has really enjoyed many of her teachers. Staff are welcoming and inviting. Administration takes the time to listen and work with families to give children the best learning environment. Entrusting your child to someone new is never easy, but with caring staff and administration that are on your team, it eases the feeling of leaving them.

Good teachers but bad managementI enrolled my son in the infant room in 2021 upon moving in the area. Mrs. jolly runs her infant room very well and get to know her babies quick. At this time the place was ran by a new management (I was told) and I felt like they listen and cared enough. The place definitely wasn’t 5 star to me but the 24/7 live feed and knowing Mrs. holly’s work ethics I felt comfortable leaving my son here. Once he moved to the toddler he had the amazing Mrs. lakiel. Her hours ended at 2pm so care after 2pm was always sketchy. He came home with multiple dirty diapers. His face was always dirty when I came to pick him up. The room was a mess most of the time. We knew KRK was running into staffing issues, they were very transparent about this. Then mid 2022 the place changed management again and everything went south. My son was getting sick more often, he came home with the dirtiest clothes even though we always pack extra for him. We felt like it got more disorganized. There were times where his main teacher was on vacation and they had no reliable sub so we had to drop him off in the lobby. This happen multiple times a week. When they did have someone the ratio was 12:1 sometimes. We pulled our son out and thanked his amazing teachers. He is currently enrolled in a different school/daycare and the difference is 360. He loves going to school and when picked up he is happy and clean.

We only went her for a short while. We are not fans of this place and are unsure of how other parents feel there kids are in a loving environment here. The teachers are completely unfriendly. Every time I would drop my daughter off the teacher failed to acknowledge her and would just say go get in line. No good morning nothing. The curriculum is very poor and they lack complete structure. My daughter was not exceeding nor learning what was needed to go in to kindergarten. One of the teachers has her own child in the class room my child was in and was always yelling and focused on her child. Was not a calm environment at all and screaming at the kids is completely wrong. everything we tried to bring to the directors attention she saw nothing wrong with. The cameras are great bc you can clearly see what it’s like there. I was not happy dropping my kids off and leaving them. We have tired several places until we finally found the right one and you see the difference. When we leave our children in the hands of other adults at these child care facilities we expect them to be loving , kind comforting patient calm environment. Not scary. These are babies who need to be loved and felt safe to scared And alone. These teachers should be ashamed and if you don’t have those qualities then you don’t belong as a teacher. I would rather go through 100 schools before I left my children at the wrong one. We’re we go now my babies are excited to go and want to stay. Love telling me about there days. This place my babies would cry and scream every time they had to go. It’s sad when you have to change that many schools and realize the loving structured ones are far and few in between. I would never send my babies here again. A very coke place.
