I recently bought a VW Jetta 2013 at this car dealer. I paid 8.2 K for an accident car (145000 miles, 11 years old). My fault...The first week two tires went flat and i had to replace the tiers (700$). The second week the batterie died and it couldn't be recharged (200$). After a month the glow plug light and the check engine light started to coming on. After 2 month the brakes started to make loud noises and I decided to go to a mechanic (Also my Fault... I should have done it before buying the car and not blindly trusting them).I will just copy the mechanics report here:" Diagnosis Customer states check engine light and glow plug lightare coming on. Found multiple fault codes stored. Found multiplefaults for EGR flow too low. This is usually associated with a faultyDiesel Particular Filter. We also found multiple faults for boostpressure too low. We disconnected boost hose and found a lot ofoil. This is almost always caused by a faulty turbocharger. Wefound fault for clutch pressure adaptation in transmission controlunit. We used ODIS on the transmission fault and it performedpressure adaptation on the transmission. Recommend performingDSG service on transmission to ensure that the fluid level is correct.A very rough estimate to replace the DPF $2467.00 and to replacethe turbocharger during the same operation $2128.00. If thisoperation is performed will need alignment $95.00Recommend performing TSB related to EGR flow to accuratelydiagnose the DPF condition $210.00Recommend accessing turbo shaft to verify that turbocharger isfaulty $210.00Needs rear brakes. They are almost metal to metal $578.00Control arm bushings are ripped and causing noise $960.00."So, I strongly suggest to bring the car to a mechanic before buying anything (maybe common sense).Would I buy from them again? No, I surely wouldn't.Would I recommend to buy from them,? No, just if you are a gambler and like the uncertainty. That's enough for now. I will drive the car another couple of months (if it does it that long), and update this review in the summer.Have a great day and stay positive

Good cars and good prices as long as you don't try to finance yourself because the increase in prices is an exaggeration.

I got a 10 year old vehicle for 7k. So far I've had to replace the battery, tires and brakes. The antifreeze looked like someone mopped the floor and put it in the car. The car is missing the valet key.Sure, the sales people are nice, but wouldn't you have to be if you're selling over priced trash?

So many issues have popped out within the month of buying this car... I'm paying more to fix the car than what it's worth, which has resulted in me being financially ruined... Lesson learned. I find it concerning how the owner responds to negative reviews, which shows denial and lack of accountability.Don't buy a car here. Since I bought mine in the same month there has been problem after problem. I have spent more money fixing the car than I paid for it. The owner, instead of verifying the situation and talking, all he does is argue in the comments, which is very worrying.

Well, I don't know who is lying in the reviews, but these people sell nothing but lemons.. if you want to make lemonade go to these people. I bought a vehicle from them with 120 miles on it.. the vehicle appeared to be okay on initial start, drove it for about 4 months then everything went to helI! I have replaced so many parts, timing chain, catalytic converter, cam phasers, exhaust work. Injector work was done electrical work was done. I have spent more money in trying to repair the vehicle than what I spent on it. I understand buying a used car you will have some nicks and nacks and things to repair, but damn, I've been repairing the car since I bought it. The sad part is that they don't tell you what's really wrong with the vehicle. Please beware before you purchase from this company, please read the comments to people are saying about this company. I did not take heed because of the situation I was in and I needed a car ASAP. If you do purchase one from these people please make sure you have a mechanic with you! I repeat, please make sure you have a mechanic with you! Other than that you can make nice lemonade with this company.... Take your chances, you've been warned

This place sold me a car that is completely rusted out on the bottom of it. The first week I got it I had to go to the shop, a few weeks ago the master cylinder went out and when they replaced it, they had to get new brake pads because all the others were so badly rusted they broke off. I want my money back. I would not recommend this place, they say they can't do anything about it.

I was looking for a used car and I did some research online. I found this company website that had the car I wanted for a lower price than other websites. I sent a few emails and texts to see if the car was still available and the owner replied that it was. A few days later, I decided to go to the car lot. It was not a big car lot, maybe it could hold 50 cars. When I arrived with my sister and nephew, I was greeted by the owner, and I told him what I was looking for. He let me test drive the car and when I came back, I was not pleased with the car. It sounded strange and I did not like how it drove. The owner came out and tried to sell me the car. He even took it for a test drive himself. I thought maybe it was just me and maybe the car needed to be driven more. At that time, the car was not smoking. I decided to buy the car with cash. He seemed to answer all my questions. I told him that it was hard to find a mechanic to fix or maintain a car after I bought it. He said he knew of a great company that had no complaints and that they could fix anything that happened to the car. He added that to the total price of the car. If I had known then that the company, he recommended was not reliable, I would not have wasted my money. I remember saying that I did not think companies wanted good business, they just wanted a quick sale. That was what I felt like the owner did. He even said he would change the oil for me, turn on the radio so I could listen to more channels, etc. He even said he put in an extra $300 or something like that. So, I left the lot, not really liking how the car sounded, but I thought maybe it had been sitting for a while and needed to be driven. When I got the car home, it started smoking. Since it was more on the passenger side, I did not see too much smoke, but my sister said it was smoking. I told her maybe the oil leaked on the engine somewhere and just needed to burn off. I thought he did not just sell me a lemon. The next few days, it got worse. It was so bad that I had to pull over to a Family Dollar store. This was so embarrassing because I had the new tag on the back of my car. All the men in the hood came up to me and asked me what was wrong with the car, etc. I called a tow truck to have it towed to where I lived. I tried to get in touch with the owner to see if he could do anything, but he did not answer. I had it fixed for over $800 for an oil leak. Go with your gut when dealing with this owner or take a mechanic with you.

Could not have had a better experience! We were traveling through the area and needed to purchase a truck in a hurry to tow our travel trailer. We found just what we needed and we’re soon on our way again. The sale was handled quickly and efficiently in a warm & friendly atmosphere. We paid the asking price and they threw in tires and trailer brakes to boot. Highly recommend this dealership — wish all car sales were this caliber. Ask for koray!

We drove 2.5 hours away to see a car. They were accommodating and kind. They quickly made the price more affordable without hesitation. Best experience we have had with a car salesman. They did not try to sell extras and there were no hidden costs. We will be returning it for future purchases. A huge shout out to kadir for the hospitality

A PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE? Impossible! But it was. I just bought an Equinox from Key Auto, and it was unlike any other car buying experience I've had. I had been preparing to do battle by watching YouTube videos to make sure I didn't get taken advantage of. But there was NONE of that. No haggling, no "Let me go ask my manager." No pressure to get extended ash tray protection or upselling me to buy luxury valve stem caps. Rosie helped me through the process and even made sure one little thing got fixed. Would I buy from Key Auto again? Absolutely!
