Absolutely terrible!!!!
I booked a move with Kent’s on July 14th, for August 5th. I even double checked received confirmed from Kent’s on the 3rd. Sometime in the 2 days between the 3rd and the 5th, apparently, Kent’s went out of business!!! And nobody communicated this with me this prior to my move date. Kents just literally didn’t show up day of.
I had the owners cell phone number, and called him day of due to confusion, and he just ignored my calls. I had reserved both freight elevators (to and from) and was expecting Kent’s. I had to pay much more for a replacement moving company, day of. Completely unacceptable and infuriating experience.

I will definitely recommend Kent's Pack and load service. the whole experience was very positive, from the pre-move visit to the actual moving day. The price was reasonable, the crew was polite, careful and very efficient.
We have move 3 times in the last 5 years and this was by far the least stressful move we have had.

This was my second move with Kent's. Each time the crew has been amazing. Genial. Courteous. Hard working. Carefully wrapping and handling my every-day furniture and especially my mom's desk and clock (old, but not 'antique'). I feel safe and comfortable with Kent's teams. They work hard and make the experience way less stressful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We have used Kent's many times and they do a great job every time. Packing correctly makes all the difference in a move so that your stuff makes it to it's new home, Kent's guys are masters at packing. They are also very reasonably priced. We have used them, our son used them and we hired them to move my Mom, the work they do it very good.

You can imagine living somewhere for 17 years how much stuff you accumulate. Well, I had 11 rooms and 2 garages full of our lives that Kent's Pack and load moved to our new home.From start to finish the experience was AMAZING!So easy and very quick to schedule an estimator to come out to look at what we had to move. Very reasonable and fair on the price.The day of the move 2 very large trucks with ALOT of very kind careful workers on time and ready to go. Moved our things with grace and were so very careful with everything. They were absolutely amazing!I do not know what we would have done without Kent's Pack and Load they were such a blessing to us, and they will be for you to!

My experience was the best to say least. The crew was on time and very professional. They took special care with delicate items and were friendly with my pets! I would recommend them to anyone seeking movers HIGH FIVE!

Nick and his crews with Kent's Pank & Load are quick to respond, available to coordinate, friendly, polite and efficient. Have used them for 5 moves and always go right back. Highly recommend.

The experience was great. Kent's promptly gave me an estimate which was thorough and competitive.The movers were on time, courteous, and careful with the furniture and boxed items throughout the move.

These people damaged several of our items during the move. They came out to access the damages and promised to compensate us. It has been nine months and we have not received a dime from them. One of their employees Nick never returned any of my calls so be very careful with these people. I would never use them again.
