Got the job done, I guess. Left oil and grease on door handle and arm rest. The steering wheel not aligned after alignment. But, on a good note, the tires are still on the rims.

There is an incredible disconnect.Bethe people who take orders and charge you from the pass the order over to the local store. Every time I have bought from them, they have either thrown their hands app in the air that they can't find the order or have said. The price is not what was quoted.
This time I called a store and the call center sent the tire to the wrong store. However, the store staff have no idea what's going on And tell me that I need to call again to find out what they did.
I am perpetually let down by Mavis. Yet they're inexpensive tires. Are the reason I keep returning to their incompetence?

Amazing service. There is a very nice woman named Tamara that took care of me and handled everything perfectly. Super lovely talking to her and made the whole experience of going to get my car fixed very nice and stress-free. This shop was the only ones able to fix my car tire after other places couldn’t find the problem. Took them 20 min to fix and send me on my way. Would definitely come back anytime I need something fixed for sure. Would definitely recommend coming in there for anything at all and they should be able to help. Don’t forget to ask for Tamara!

Tamara offered me AMAZING service!!!! I’ve been to a different location 5 times we’re they over charged me and dismissed my concerns. Tamara listened to me and reassured me that she would have them triple check my tires so I would not experience any more issues. Mavis Tires & brakes need to hire more people like Tamara who will actually listen and take care of the female customers! - Yulia

Best experience here, met with a lady name Tamera, she was the best. Just came to get air in my tires and she showed me how to do it. She is very sweet and I’ll definitely be coming back to get my brakes fixed here soon.

Mavis is great! Tamara and Keith and the whole team are friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the details and make sure you'll want to come back (if and when you need to!). I appreciate their help, which was super quick and professional. Great people!

This was my second visit with this particular Mavis, and yet again I wasn’t disappointed. Instead of charging me absurd fee’s, they’ve always been upfront and honest about my issues, even offering up recommendations as to where to fix things they can’t, at reasonable prices. Each visit the Mavis team was beyond helpful, kind, and prompt.

make sure to ask for Tamara for ANY of your needs! i walked in 5 mins before close and Mavis couldnt help my problem but Tamara stayed by my side until til we were able to figure something out and it worked out well. Thanks a lot, Tamara
