We went to this location to order my son's tux for prom. We were greeted soon after we arrived. Despite not having an appointment, they were able to accommodate us. All 3 gentlemen working on 3/26 were polite, friendly, and professional. My son was able to pick up the tux even earlier than expected and it was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!!!

I have been shopping @ Jos. A. Bank for over 20 years, but new to the area and first time shopping @ this store. Meryl was awesome to work with and took great care of me. 5/5 customer experience. Will be back soon!

Miles and his team will certainly take care of you. I got fitted for a wedding tux and a new suit for myself recently and they were extremely helpful and polite. Retail work is not easy, and many people get frustrated with a small team that is doing the best they can to accommodate a busy store.I would recommend Miles and the young lady that works with him to any of my friends for their fitting needs.

This store's manager Miles Revels is rude, pompous, and unethical. I came in to get a suit for my son's prom. He was dismissive when I asked about purchasing a suit instead of renting a tux. When I pointed out we didn't need the shoes that come in the rental package because we own appropriate shoes, he snippily stated "Well not getting them will only save you $10". Excuse me sir? It isn't about the cost to rent shoes, it is about the fact I don't NEED them and would rather my son not wear shoes worn by others. He then tried to tell me the coupon I had probably wouldn't work on the package we rented without even checking it.While waiting I had the pleasure of overhearing him with another couple there to buy a suit for an event in May. She wanted to come back when they weren't so busy. Miles kept pushing them to complete their purchase that day because "the sale ends today". When the wife asked why a sale named for a Monday holiday ended so early he said "I don't know, but it ends today." He didn't back down until she pointed out the signs in the window stating the sale went thru Monday stating "Oh they must have extended it."I wasn't happy with our experience but had done my homework so we paid (and used the coupon he said wouldn't work) and left. After much deliberation we decided to cancel and get a refund. I just couldn't give my business to such unscrupulous sales associate. When I came in I had to wait for him to do the refund as only managers can do them. He stated there would be a cancellation fee. I asked how much to which he responded, "I don't know I'll have to check". Note there shouldn't be a cancellation fee as it was more than 2 weeks before the event as posted on their website and the rental contract I signed. Miles then tried to tell me it would be $40. I had had it with this guy. I pointed out to him no there shouldn't be a cancellation fee. If it was less than 2 weeks before the event then yes and only $20. But since it was more than 2 weeks no fee. He got rude and said "Show me! Where does it say that?!" So I showed him the rental contract I signed. His only response was "Oh well they change that all the time I didn't know. I'm not trying to pull a fast one on you" That's a lie if I ever heard one! He is a manger and you expect me to believe he doesn't know sales dates or the rental policy?!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If I could give zero stars I would! Me and my husband entered the store this past weekend to get fitted for a wedding he is in. We checked in ourselves, no one greeted us or even acknowledged our arrival. We stood there for 30 minutes before someone even came up to us saying they’d be with us in a minute. 15 more minutes went by and I noticed the manager tell a young girl to get started with us. The girl would take one measurement then run off and do something else with someone else, then come back and take a couple more measurements before running away to help someone else! It was just a MESS! We were there for over an hour and a half just to get measured for a suit for a wedding party!

Words cannot adequately express the sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism of this Jos. A. Bank store. My experience with them while preparing for my wedding was nothing short of a nightmare. It all started with a simple request to transfer a suit from another store to the North Atlanta location. However, what followed was a comedy of errors and excuses that left me questioning the basic competency of the staff at this store.Despite numerous calls and persistent follow-ups, they failed spectacularly at every turn. Promises to return calls were never fulfilled, and every attempt to resolve the issue was met with incompetence and indifference.Weeks went by, and the suit remained in limbo, causing immense stress and frustration as the wedding day drew nearer. It was abundantly clear that the individuals running this store lacked the basic skills required to perform their jobs effectively. In the end, it was only through the intervention of the manager from another location that the situation was finally resolved. They took charge and arranged for the suit to be sent directly to my groomsman, bypassing the Marietta store entirely. My advice to anyone considering doing business with Jos. A. Bank: don't. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This store's incompetence and disregard for customer service are simply unacceptable. It's astonishing that they're still in business with such a blatant lack of regard for their customers' needs.

Long story short, the service here was so bad I almost called off my own wedding. My beautiful girlfriend and I have been engaged for two months at this point, and during this time I had lost a considerable amount of weight to look good in our wedding photos, because she deserves the world. Since then I had lost over 20 pounds, coming with an unintended consequence of having to get my suit refitted. When I arrived at the store, the tailors there started treating me like a sub-class human being, very clearly acting like they did not want me to be there. From the beginning they made backhanded remarks to their coworkers about my looks, even suggesting that my wife's dress was immodest, saying and I quote "and there is nothing uglier than a bride whose dress leaves nothing to the imagination", bunch of judgmental people who are only there for what I assume to be money. Not to mention one of the workers was vaping in the back corner, making the environment disgusting. Midway through, I walked out because the service there clearly had no idea what they we're doing, considering buying a new suit just so I won't have to experience anything remotely close to this again.

It’s no wonder these stores in the Avenue are going out of business. The store consists of a bunch of high schoolers running around taking measurements pretending to know what they are doing. The atmosphere was low quality and the store was a mess. They had inventory stacked in front of mirrors and the staff doesn’t know how to greet or make eye contact when speaking to people. If you’re going to spend that kind of money on an outfit go to Sid Mashburn.

First of all after my visit with the MensWarehouse which was a disappointment, this was the complete opposite! Young man named Myles took great care of me and turns out he had the experience I was looking for. Very impressed with how well he matched my clothes up and made sure I saved some money too! I got three great shirts a great deal on a jacket and a nice pair of slacks for under $300. Thanks to him this is now my new men's dress store.

The manager is the only one who can do a return which is not a good policy because he was helping a customer with a suit and there was nobody to help with my return. I waited and waited and the only thing he could yell from the back is I would have to wait because he had an appointment.,The manager Nick could have stopped for 2 minutes to do the return and then go back to the guy trying on the suit. Finally that’s what he did, but only after me getting angry. They need to allow associates to do returns instead of only the manager.

Had to get a full suit for an upcoming wedding I was invited to, and was helped by a lovely woman named Meryl. She was kind and considerate to my taste. She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I could recommend her enough. Unfortunately a taller male who seemed to be the manager was rude, and shot down the selection I had made. Although that didn't stop me from buying what I wanted. Otherwise the experience was incredible solely because of Meryl.
