I have been extremely happy with the customer service I have received from John -- He's literally the BEST agent I've had in over 30 years of dealing with car/home insurance agents. The only reason I would take off a star is because it can be a bit difficult talking to Jeff, the main agent/owner . He talks quite fast, and it's hard /impossible to interrupt him and ask a question about something he's just said. Jeff doesn't take the time to listen to policy holders, BUT John does. If you're going to get a state farm policy, I STRONGLY suggest you ask for John when you call. State Farm has a strong reputation for being client-focused and is known for helping their policy holders. If you've been in a car accident or had your home burn down, the last thing you want is an insurance company to be AGAINST you. There's a reason my father would only insure his properties and autos with State Farm!

Contacted Sam Sun in this office last year. After talking to him over the phone I switched my auto and homeowner insurance to State Farm without hesitation. Sam always listens to customers and provides help as much as he can. State Farm paid to replace my entire roof for hail and wind damage.

Professional service and knowledge from Jeff helped me have a better deal vs Progressive. Very responsive. Always get an call back within no time. He is a nice guy as well that can be your friend and a helper for any insurance concerns. Regret not knowing him sooner.

I was recommended to Jeff Xu State Farm Agency by. my client friend two years ago. Their agent John quickly responded to our inquiry, and gave us a quote for everything which saved us almost $2000 per year!! We can make the payment monthly without any extra charge, and setting up autopay with them is simply and easy. I am a real estate agent also, so I have been recommending them to my friends and clients who are looking for new insurance. I am glad to see they are able to get better insurance service and save money.
