I was on my way to speak at a conference in Kennesaw and my car felt shaky. . . The tire light came on I went to put air in it and heard the air come out. I am not from here and literally turned right into their parking lot. Crying like a baby grateful to have found a tire place. This place is amazing. Great service kind employees and got me new tires and on my way back to Rockdale County Safely. Thank you Jack's tires thank you God for bringing me to them. I was in good hands.

I had such a lovely experience while waiting for my car to be serviced. The staff here greeted me as if they actually cared. It was warm and sincere. I am thoroughly impressed as this is my first time here and they don't know me, who recommended their services, or if I was a walk-in. I will be a repeat client. Their rates are competitive and the waiting area is pleasant. There are comfortable chairs, a vending machine, and the air and floors are relatively clean for a car shop. Glen is THE BEST! I highly recommend Jack's Tire & Auto Services!

Repaired Pirelli high-speed tire on BMW 750li. 3 key takeaways. (1) great price even though did not ask what charge would be (37.50 vs 100.00 charge typical for value pricing for these models); (2) they promised same-day turn-around, it was ready two hours later; (3) they repaired a pin hole puncture in a run- flat tire which the franchise shops won’t touch either because they can’t work on this low profile tire, or, they are required to apply the false assumption that the tire went “flat” and was driven “flat” and the side wall structure was damaged, requiring a $400 replacement. So, thank you Jack’s for your fair and common sense approach!!

Garrey was super helpful determining what steps I need to take to repair my vehicle when it came in "limping".Because I had the engine replaced 10,000 miles ago at a dealership, some of the work needed to be performed for me for free there. He arranged towing and provided information that was helpful in letting the dealership know exactly what was wrong. Garrey also performed some work to try to correct the other items I needed that weren't covered by my warranty.I don't live in the area but if I did, I would take all my vehicle there to be serviced. Jack's is knowledgeable and honest and helpful. What more could you want if you need a vehicle serviced?

Very fair tire and oil change prices. Fast service. Friendly employees. Clean waiting room. I have referred many friends and family to this shop. As long as their prices remain fair, we will return again.

I went to Jack's with low tire pressure, dropped of my vehicle and they called within 45 minutes that it was ready for pick with a simple patch. I've been going here for year and will continue to do so.

I went to Jack’s with a nail in my tire today after being told by Mavis tire that I would need a new tire for $250 and would need to wait 3 hours. I read the great reviews written about Jack’s and thought it was worth a try. At jack’s I was greeted at the door and quickly checked in. They said they could possibly plug it and wanted to try that before any discussion of buying a new tire. They removed the nail, added air to both rear tires and sent me on my way within 15 minutes. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them..very honest and reasonable. Note..they service engines in addition to tire work.

Car died, and dealership said I needed a whole new engine … or a new car … due to lack of maintaining it. Yeah, right. This was after an entire day of unreturned phone calls to the service advisor. Hubby took it to Jack’s. They quickly diagnosed a bad crankshaft position sensor and had it repaired AND serviced (oil, tires, etc.) for a fraction of what a new engine would’ve cost me. Only took a few hours and I was up and running again. They also provided fast, courteous service when I had nails in my tire recently. Will definitely return.

Rude. Called the tire company to make sure they were a certified dealer I was told yes. When I get here they try to tell me the tire could be patched (it clearly could not) I told them I want a replacement and the TIRE COMPANY told me it was covered. then I told them the company asked to be contacted in order to provide the authorization number for the warranty. THEY REFUSED. They tried to tell me it wasn’t covered. Went to discount tire no issues. Waste of fing time. If you don’t know how to process the claims don’t provide that companies tire or figure it out. Better yet the least you could do is not be rude about it

The only shop I’ll take my cars to that has PROVEN TRUSTWORTHY AND CAPABLE. I’ve had all maintenance done here except a brake job at a different shop which turned out to be a terrible mistake! Jack’s treats you ‘n your car right!!

I had what I thought was a major transmission issue. They were able to assist me with getting a temporary fix accomplished so that a tow truck was not necessary. Once I arrived they had my issue corrected and I was back on the road in a very short period of time. Great and dependable service by the everyone at Jacks Tire and Auto Service

Very honest shop. Sadly they couldn't help me but that's why they get 5 stars. Didn't try to take advantage by pushing things they couldn't deliver.
