BEWARE of Jon Ngo & DO NOT take your car here! I had my car towed here after it broke down around the corner over a week and a half ago. He told me I needed a new engine and the car was not worth repairing. I asked for a written estimate or paper that indicates the engine is no good b/c I needed to submit that paperwork for title and insurance purposes. He refused to do so even after paying his tow guy $100 to tow the vehicle there, & agreeing to pay him $85 to inspect the vehicle. He has since blocked me so I cannot call or text him. I tried contacting him from a family members phone and left a voicemail and followed up with a text message. He read that message (he has his read receipts on) but all other messages since do not deliver and phone goes straight to voicemail meaning he blocked their number too! I am completely beside myself and am likely going to have to call the police in order to get my vehicle back. I have no idea what else to do. This is outrageous! DO NOT GO HERE!

Very Classless Rip me for $70 to replace a couple of headlights then said it would be $200 more too do park lights because he had to remove the Bumper I went to Ed’s MD Medics They Did the Job For $16 no Bumper needed to be removed! Went back to J&V to speak to the Jon the guy that Ripped me off I asked for a receipt or do they have a warranty very arrogant said no told me his labor was 85 and hour this Guy would rip off his mother stay away from this Place of Business you be better off parking underneath a tree and wait for a mechanic to walk by !!!!!!

do not use!!! brought my car here after reading the reviews thinking everything would be professional, however, they stile things out of my car and i left the shop with my car running but more issues added!!! i do not recommend!!!

Very professional,Honest, knowledgeable and fast service. Jon was also very patient in helping us understand what needed to be done and how often maintenance needed to be done to prohibit a domino effect of all the things wrong with our truck, as we got an estimate from the dealership earlier last week. l would recommend this shop hands down. Came here to get an inspection done on a vehicle that I was interested in buying, and they were SO nice and really thoroughly inspected it. They raised it up so we could look at it ourselves too.

Very arrogant, charged for 5 hours labor and worked for less than hour smh. As if that wasn't bad enough, the starter he replaced on the beemer went out after 5 days. I regret ever coming here, save yourself the pain.
