Tony was the best car seller ever. Overall buying experience was fantastic. I can tell you IQ Autos is not like a typical dealership where there are a lot of hidden fees and will chase you to death to buy their cars.

I have been in the car business for over six years and have owned 10 or more cars during that time. Initially, I was unsure about switching to electric vehicles (EVs). I explored various options in the market and was disappointed by many experiences with other brands, dealers, and the sales process. However, a friend recommended this place, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I regularly checked their website until I found the perfect match. Tony was fantastic to work with; he truly exceeded my expectations.

I haven’t bought a vehicle from here, but Tony coached my daughter in softball, he is probably one of the most genuine and respectable guys. I trust him with my kid, and I would trust him for anything beyond that including automobile purchases.

WARRING BEWARE!! This review is overdue, I purchased the car over the summer with this dealership. The minute I drove off the lot the car started giving problems. I’ve had the car for three months now and had to replace a 12 V battery the tail light Fill up with water whenever it rains the car gets soaking wet in the inside. The screen is not working and the main battery in the bottom is giving issues. I reached out to this dealership regarding my issues they told me they were going to get back to me and never did now I’m stuck with this large bill and a car that I can barely drive before getting a car from this dealership please do your research. The guys are really nice over there but they are just trying to sell you a car just to get it off there a lot

Lance was awesome to work with and this was the best car purchase I have ever made. Also the easiest. This was the first time I bought a vehicle from out of state and it made me super nervous. Lance was very transparent about the Tesla I ended up purchasing and I couldn’t beat the deal ANYWHERE. I’m from Michigan so the vehicle had to be delivered by truck. My bank overnighted a check that ended up taking 5 days ( thanks usps) fortunately they held the vehicle without question while they waited for the check. Lance even called me right back on his day off and on a weekend! The second they received payment they quickly sent my docusign and the delivery was scheduled the same day. If my bank had not held things up they would have had all the paperwork and vehicle on my doorstep in Michigan within 3 days.The vehicle arrived in better condition than expected and It drives beautifully. I’m still stunned at how smooth everything was as buying in my own town has taken longer. It was delivered right to me fully charged and ready to go. I find a lot of business make you work and the customer service is horrible. Iqauto and Lance made doing business easy. Its not hard to see now why they have so many 5 star reviews.

I purchased a 2021 Model 3 from IQautos. The process was smooth and I appreciated the fact that the price that was advertised online was the actual price I was paying! I received a fair value for my trade in and I was driving off in my new (to me) Tesla in ~2 hours.
Everyone I interacted with at the dealer was respectful (shout out to Daniel) and all about helping me and answering any questions I had. Initially I wasn’t looking forward to going to a dealership to purchase a car. However, my experience at IQautos was refreshing, as I never felt pressured and in the end I was leaving with a smile on my face knowing that I had chosen the perfect place to buy my Tesla!
