I'm a painting contractor and shop at paint stores all over town. I know BM stores are independent franchises, but this location charged me $10/ gallon more than any other BM I've been to. Luckily all I needed was 1 gallon to finish a project

Very helpful and kind. The entire staff helped at 4:30 to finish all my samples I needed urgently to finish choosing a color.

Even though there are three Ace Hardware stores that carry Benjamin Moore Paint closer to my house than Integrity Paint & Supply, I wanted to support local small business, so I drove twice as far on Saturday morning. I arrived at shortly before 8am and waited for the lights to turn on. When they failed to come on I walked to the door to find out they open at 9am, not the 8m time shown online. In this day and age, business owners need to keep their online listings current. I was frustrated, to say the least, and ended up at Ace Hardware. They had a full line of Benjamin Moore Paints in their paint department. In this case, Ace was the place and Integrity lost a nice sale.

I was very pleased with everything about my recent visit to Integrity Paint & Supply! The inside of the store looked first class. It was clean, well stocked and very neatly organized. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this paint store for all your painting needs!

I spoke to a lady and emailed her my order. 24 hours later I had to call because she had not even opened the email at that point. I called a second time to pay and asked for assistance regarding emailing my receipt, leaving paint outside where I could pick up after hours and text me a picture. In each sentence the lady rudely interrupted my comments. I finally stated, "It is clear you need to speak while I am speaking. I will be quiet so you can speak and when you are finished can I complete a couple sentences without interruption?". She stated, "I was trying to tell you I would email you the receipt, leave the paint and text you a picture". I told her she was rude for repeatedly interrupting her customer and she offered poor customer service. She threatened to reverse the transaction on my card and encourage me to find another Benjamin Moore dealer. I asked her if she was the owner. I asked if her daddy owned the store. She handed the phone to the owner and the owner defended the employee threatening me. I needed the paint that afternoon and I was in Chattanooga so I bought the 3 gallons. I will NEVER buy another drop from this company and file a formal complaint with BM. BUYER BEWARE AT THIS STORE!!!!!

Dennis & James are the best! I came here when I was painting the interior of our new home & didn't know the colors of the paint. They were able to match all of the colors I needed. I needed to do a few projects and they were able to suggest what to get & not to get. They have everything you need to get your project done, and will even carry it out to your car for you. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had a lot of old paint cans still full or half full and it needed to go. Since you're not suppose to throw paint in your regular trash, I looked online and was pleasantly surprised to see that East Cobb Paint and Supply was a recycling center. I called ahead to ask about the fees and for about the 15 cans I had, it would be around 50 dollars (which is really not bad). I went to the store, and an older gentleman helped me to unload my car, I paid the fees and that was all. I did not know that store but I surely will come back as I was impressed with their customer service. Seems that it will not be as impersonal than Lowes or Office Depot.
