I went with image360 because they seemed to have really good reviews, but I would proceed with extreme caution before working with this establishment and shop pricing. I was ultimately able to print a banner for half the price at one of their local competitors.Here’s me experience:I needed a banner printed quickly in Cobb County. I reached out to Image 360 who seemed happy to help me out. Someone sent me an email stating that it was printing pixelated. Before I got the chance to respond, the sign was done and ready for pick up.When the banner was complete, there were 2 problems with the final print: 1) color and 2) size. They printed it in the wrong colors. When I saw the color, I chose to let it go because I recognized the pressure they were under to get it done quickly. However, when I tried to see how it would look on our awning, I realized they also printed it in the wrong size.Lance took the measurements. I reached out and asked if maybe there was somewhere else in the front space he thought it was supposed to go, but they confirmed that it was deliberately printed in the wrong size to accomodate the time constraints. I was not consulted on this and would not have paid more than $500 for a banner that I can't use over the awning and is in the wrong color.At this point, my team and I asked for a refund for the service that I did not receive, which was the installation for $180, and either a refund or credit for the misprinted banner. They provided a refund for the installation because it was never done. Susan told my operator they’d be providing a credit toward a future project. When we tried to use that credit to print some signage, I received a call from Susan in which she was rude, condescending, told me her time was too valuable to deal with me or my operator. She called me “naive,” “young” and a host of other names that don’t need to be repeated. I’ve never met this woman or spoken to her in my life. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said “this conversation is over. You’ll take what I give you or I can cancel the check.” Then she hung up.
