These folks are the most unprofessional people I've ever met. Had a board issue with my phone and brought it here for a repair, they wouldn't keep me a precise answer what the issue was but kept lying to me over and over again.

Patrick was so helpful! Fixed my phone very quickly because I was in a hurry. I could not find the place so I called they came out side and found me. Best place I have went to get my phone fixed. Will always return here if my phone ever breaks. Sam was very nice with great customer service also!

Went in today to get a repair for my Iphone 5s. The screen was completely falling off, not just cracked. Mike helped me and figured out the problem immediately. It was a battery problem and he fixed it in under 15 minutes for a great value. He was respectful, nice, and extremely knowledgeable. I plan to take any device repairs I ever need here, just phenomenal service here.

Wow, what a great bunch of guys. I haven't broken a cell phone screen in over 10 years until today. The last repair place I went to (way back then) was in a sketchy retail center - and the repair was still expensive. Today, I went to their East Cobb store (James, the franchisee has 27 more stores all over the place) and what a difference 10 years makes. Their store is bright & clean & professional & safe & plenty of parking & their pricing to repair an iPhone 6Plus was competitive. Should I ever drop another phone and need repairs, I'll be a repeat customer. You should go there too - or to one of their other stores. Great experience.

Awesome place warranty love The fact that you can pay extra for a two year warranty so if you break it again and again and they fix it.

They took a look at my phone and told me what was wrong with it for no fee. I had tried everything and replaced the screen myself. They were incredible and told me the (hard) truth that I would have to get the motherboard soldered and that there was a 50/50 chance of it working. I ultimately decided to not get it repaired, but it just shows how much they actually care that I got the ugly truth instead of charging me for a repair that might have not worked.
