Racism!!!! Worse hotel I ever stayed in my entire life !!!! Rudest front desk !!!! Breakfast lady horrible horrible customer service !!! Very very rude !! Came for my daughter 6 birthday!! They didn’t even wish her a happy birthday ! Never ever go here ! So serious ! Worse experience of my life !! Everyone was rude and disrespectful !! Worse of the worse !! Nice hotel but customer service TRASH !!

Super impressed with my experience here. Booking was simple, the room was very clean and spacious. Even received a msg shortly after checking in from the manager welcoming me to the property and asking if there was anything I needed to help make my stay more comfortable.Definitely 5 ⭐️’s all the way around!!Rooms: The room was quite large and maintained very well. With the Murphy bed in the living area, it could have slept 4 adults easily.Nearby activities: Several restaurants and bars within walking distance.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant downstairs, room service and plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.Noteworthy details: My room was a suite that even included a Murphy bed in the living area. The room was quite large and maintained very well.

Always enjoy staying here very clean, convenient to everything and staff took care of me.Nearby activities: Close to braves, bowling and movies.Food & drinks: Have onsite bar and restaurant as well as close to other restaurants.

I stayed here for a weekI had paid for a room didn’t know that I had to put a security depositFront desk lady was rudeThey said I would get it back and never did .They said the only time I wouldn’t get it back is if I damaged something and of course everything was neat and its place .I ignored the unexpected expense and proceeded to go to my roomI get settled and then I see a small slug on the floorI notified them and they upgraded me to a king suite so that was the nice part of saying here . The bartender was nice and more welcoming than the other staff that was present

Overall a reasonably good hotel. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and plenty of space to stretch out. Maintenance has some room for improvement though.

Every time we come to Atlanta we stay at this hotel. Recently were kind of flabbergasted by the amount of fees tacked on. From $12 parking to tourism fees, hotel fees, etc?????

Rooms: Everything I needed was there, definitely will stay there again. Spacious room, 2 tv’s, wet bar, fridge, and coffee maker and did I say microwave? Felt all the conveniences of home.

terrible!!! We are 3 families, each family pays for a room with breakfast included, when each family arrives I place a credit card for any charge, breakfast is for 2 adults and 2 children, in my room there was 1 more adult and they say that my 12-year-old daughter years old counts as an adult, ok we tell the girl that we will pay for my daughter and my mother, it turns out that we left the hotel and she charged the breakfast bill for other rooms to our account, we called and instead of fixing her mistake They told us to call another day, we have never had problems with the Hyatts, but this one in particular advised the future guests not to leave the hotel until they explained to them that they were going to charge

I wanted to make a point to come over to Google and review this hotel. First and foremost if they put you in Room 319 SAY NO! this room is1. too close to the elevator so you get that noise.2. TOO close to the atrium and front door, all we heard all darn night was that Front door swooshing open and swooshing closed, All Night long, 1000 times at least.Unless you have earplugs and can sleep through anything I would never ever recommend this room or anywhere near the front door. Maybe they need a new front door system that doesn't make Star wars noises all night but for the price I paid I was very disappointed with this.Next up was the bar area. While my mom and I did have a nice happy hour there and in the end we were pleased with that, what we weren't pleased with was how dirty the chairs were, stains on all the chairs that might be comfortable. I would think it wouldn't take much to cover or reupholster but if you are trying to be an upscale place to stay you failed at the looks in the bar which happens to have BEAUTIFUL scenery outside so this could have really been a fabulous place to hang out.Next problem in the bar, they had no way to run a credit card - that seems insane. While sure we could bill it to the room, I had a friend that was not staying with me that wanted to buy dinner and couldn't. That was weird and not professional.Onto breakfast the next day: 18$ for a buffet- Post Covid, I just do not understand these open buffet, and honestly the food on it was nothing to write home about! Again for the price I was thoroughly disappointed. Time to research what would be better and safer rather than everyone in there handling your food and spoons.On the good side, the staff was amazing and very helpful to us and always very polite. So kudos on hiring the right people.

The room itself was great, but the customer service and basically everything else seemed like they just didn't care. The lock on my room was broken...(I'm sure it's a wonderful backstory to that). No sanitizer to be found... even the toilet seat was trying to leave because it definitely wasn't connected. The outside of the establishment looked like landscaping was optional and frowned upon. If you have no other options in the area, I'd recommend going to a different area. The parking area looked dangerous, not secure, and not well lit. It's just a lot of bad and not a lot of good. Don't stay here.
