Had a 12:00pm appointment. Office opened at 12pm. Waited 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up to the office. Very unprofessional business at this location.

Manager was rude with me one day and also called the office many times in a hour span with no answer a place of business should never go that long without someone being able to at least pick up the phone and address either they are busy or if they can call back

My accountant didn't bother asking me how I wanted my tax refund and chose the longest possible way of obtaining it even tho I have ALWAYS used direct deposit and my information is in the system. She was perfectly fine taking money directly from my bank acct to pay for her fees but chose the check option for my refund which will take WEEKS to receive now. AND will make it 2x longer to receive any stimulus money now that she chose check and not direct deposit.Also has not even bothered to respond to my emails to try to fix the situation in any way.
