I would hands down recommend working with Sherri Brown she was very veryyy sweet with me and kind and I absolutely love her service would 1000% recommend her . She worked me in and was wanting/willing to do my taxes . Definitely a people person and made me feel comfortable I will definitely will be coming back next tax season with her .

He lied about me being approved for the advance loan. It didn’t post so 20 minutes later I called to inquire and he said he made a mistake and was looking at someone else’s return when he said it which doesn’t even make since because it would’ve shown on the screen. Will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to let Andrew Bassett do it he is dishonest and a liar. I would hope that this isn’t how h n r block does business

H&R Block from what i found something calling Emerald Card.They know nothing about this Emerald Card.From what I see coming and going into this particular H&R Block most of their customers are. African Americans this emerald card charges $39 to get $1200.00 of my money. If i use a ? at any time it charges $6.00. I was not told about this and o have several account..H&R block is a scam.Do your self a favor and get a C.P.A you will get back more money
