Customer service is phenomenal and everyone does such a great job. I think I have had everyone there do a pedicure/manicure. They never disappoint! Highly recommend this location. They are like family. Always a job well done. !

I have been going to Hot Nails for over a year and I love them. The biggest thing that I love is the customer service. I go see Joyce each time I get my nails done. From the first time I went she remembered my name and what we had discussed previously. On top of that the nails are done to perfection. You can ask for designs or diamonds or whatever you like and they will do it. The price is another thing that amazes me. You pay the normal price for a full set, fill in’s are a normal price. You can leave the salon paying less than $100 for a full set and pedicure (like how pricing used to be). I can’t say enough good things about this salon!!

I have been getting pedicures at other places sporadically for the past year and I’m not joking, every single time I have been frustrated and disappointed. Until I walked into hot nails on a whim. For the first time in a year I felt really happy with the result. Sandy was so kind and did such an amazing job I will be using her from this point forward. So grateful to have stumbled on this little gem.

My daughter and I got our nails done here and we were delighted. We've been looking for a regular place and here it was right around the corner! Everyone is so friendly and the prices are affordable. It's not so huge and full of tons of extra services like the more glamorous luxury spas and that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. They have plenty of staff and many chairs for spa pedicures but it's a cozy salon that feels approachable.

I was looking for a new nail place and came across Hot Nails. They were great. First place that actually did what I requested which was to cut my nails short. I got the works for a manny/peddy. Loved the leg and forearm massage. Sandy was the technician that service me. She had such a pleasant demeanor and was fun to talk with. They'll be the only place I go from now on. They're pricing was very reasonable too!

I always have an excellent experience with Cody's service. I am so pleased to have discovered this establishment. The service is always wonderful, and the people are so polite. Cody, in particular, is incredibly accommodating. He consistently goes above and beyond to fulfill my requests. I always feel refreshed and satisfied after my visits.

They always do a really great job! They are always willing and will to replicate whatever colors or designs that I bring in! They are very fast, very efficient and precise. They did nick my finger with the drill, and left them a bit too long when I asked them to trim them down further. But they do the best work for an affordable price! The people there are very friendly and do great work! Their nails last a long time and will look amazing even past the 3-4 week mark!

Joyce at Hot Nails did an excellent job on my nails today! I am visiting from out of town and was a little nervous with a new place. My friend and I came for fill-ins. The shop was clean any they had every product that we requested. They made us feel comfortable the moment we stepped into the door. They were a little busy, but helped us right away. There was no long wait. The technicians were kind and professional, listening to what we wanted. The quality of our nails was top notch. They were fast and efficient. I would definitely return whenever in town.
