Consistently good service at this location. Most anything I need they either have in stock or they'll get it within a few days time. I especially like the locker pickup capability at this location. Buy online; wait for email to arrive in inbox; then drive to store to pickup product.

Unbelievable what's happened to home depot. They only have a handful of employees so everyone is too busy to help. Cable is locked up due to high crime area and they don't have enough employees to come open the cage and get cable. Gave up after waiting for 15 minutes after asking for someone to help.

The East Cobb store at 4101 Roswell Rd, 30062, is one of the busiest HD's around, I was told by an employee. I believe it because a lot of the things we needed last year were sold out. Really. And watch out in the parking lot, it's so busy, walking to your car or parking could kill you. Everyone is in such a rush.

OMG-- Manager Matthew McQuaid just made my day! I am a real estate agent and often offer my services buying light fixtures for homes that I'm getting ready to put on the market and the seller will reimburse me when we're done. Unfortunately, I'm also ADD and I frequently lose those receipts--Matthew was nice enough to take the time to work with me to find the purchases that I had made and print them out so that I can give to them to my clients for reimbursement. Thanks Matt!

Not a single person here this afternoon and all my recent visits has the license to use a saw. So here we have tons of people trying to purchase wood but no one to cut it. In a building supply store. They have called 6 times and no one has shown up. Currently waiting 45 minutes. They need to hire staff. They also need to pay them more as that's the reason so many are quitting so I'm being told as I stand here. Such a waste of time. This used to be a great company. Crazy
