What an amazing experience buying an iron door at the Marietta home center store. We first visited their Roswell location as well to see a specific style but they weren’t as helpful or polite. Went to Marietta and boy was Anthony very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. He showed us the multiple options and helped us decide. Then cerieilo helped us complete the purchase. I came back three months later and they still remembered me. Amazing customer service. Those two gentlemen deserve a raise or bonus for going above and beyond.

Greg was very helpful in helping us decide on a new front door. He even showed us what the doors would like on our house with the computer. Professional and very affordable!

I already loved shopping here at the Roswell location. The Marietta location has made a wonderful impression on me though. Everyone that works there has been extremely attentive and helpful. Keep doing what you're doing Home Center outlet. Great experience!

The absolute worst company to deal with. My husband and I visited the Marietta store and ordered a left hand front door. My husband communicated literally FIVE times during our transaction that our door needed to be a LEFT HAND door (our purchase receipt states LEFT HAND DOOR). Even after this over communication, a right hand door is given to the third party subcontractor, triple stained, and installed at our home. When I came downstairs and realized the subcontractor had hung the wrong door, I immediately called the store. They literally did not want to make this right to compensate us fairly for their mistake. Just laying out the level of inconvenience this caused, I had to take off a full day to be home for the install, paid $1,377 for the door, $950 for the install and they at first tried to offer us a $250 store credit! After a ridiculous amount of back forth, their final offer (24 hours later) was to refund us $500 but we would forfeit the manufacturer’s warranty if we kept the right hand door! Why?!!! Their prices may look attractive but their efficiency and customer service are straight trash! Don’t waste your time or money!

The absolute BEST experience! The manager Roy and his team made this purchase so seamless and easy. My doors are everything that I wanted for our new home. So happy we visited Home Center Outlet in Marietta!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new front door. Roy was very helpful but we didn’t find what we were looking for so Roy said that more doors were coming in soon and he will call us when they do. Guess what? He did do exactly that. My wife and I went back and this time Chris Phillips helped us find our new front door. We love it. The installers were not as good and scarred the door while installing it. When I called Chris about it, he had the owner of the installers call me to address my issues. Not only that, Chris went out of his way on his own personal time to get us a touch up pen to fix the scars on the door. Chris even gave the commission to Roy since he was the first person we encountered. Very professional, friendly and helpful people at this location. We will definitely bring more business to them again.

We purchased 2 vanities from here today. Theo was awesome, very helpful, took us to exactly what we were looking for. They only had 1 at the Marietta store, but he checked with the Roswell store, and they had one, so we went by there and picked the other one up. The folks in Roswell were really nice as well.

Great Investment in my home and service from @ChristopherPhillips was top notch. I went in several times before i finally purchased and he treated me just as well when i did not purchase as when I did. He also set up date for installation from another company !

We purchased our exterior front door from Home Center Outlet. Our visit was quick and efficient. The workers their were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! We were helped by Theo Thomas. He was great! He helped us lock in a decision on our final choice for a beautiful glass iron door. Thanks Theo!The warehouse is very spacious and clean. I’d recommend anyone in search of upgrading their home to check out HCO.
