Went to pick up an online order for a jacket. The one they had left had a stitching pick in it. This wasn’t a big deal, but the sales associate Reagan went above and beyond by calling 3 other stores to find one in stock that could be held for me. She was extremely pleasant the whole time and without me asking, kept insisting on making sure she found one. This is what good customer service is all about. I will be shopping at this store again soon!

The clothing is high quality. And they are the only store I know of that has a varied selection of “Comfort Colors” shirts.

I have not been in any of the store locations, only ordered online. However, my order was shipped very fast, packaged well, and the items I bought were all very fairly priced below retail. Additionally, my order was shipped with a hand written thank you note. This was so appreciated on top of the already exceptional service and great pricing. Personal touches definitely matter. I will definitely look at High Country Outfitters for my future outdoor goods needs, and visiting next time I'm in the area.

We weren't acknowledged- no one greeted us or asked us for help (is it cause we're are colored?) However, there was an older lady working there that kept eyeing us while I tried on shoes but never asked if I needed help! The employees need further training on customer service for all races. I definitely heard them greet other customers....

So went in today for a Pair of on cloud. Oc...the young man helping so nice so helpful for what felt best for me .no pushing. just great fit the cloud running 5 thank yall so much..store was super clean and organized.
