They gave my dog the best haircut he's ever had. The groomer was extremely knowledgeable about the appropriate style for my dog's breed. Absolutely perfect! I will never go anywhere else.

We've been taking our doggo here for a while and she absolutely loves it. She has a few FOMO issues and the team there has been able to work with her and her limits. They seem to take each dog's needs into account pretty well. We've used them for daycare as well as longer stays and she's thrilled when she figures out where we're taking her. Thanks to the whole staff for giving us peace of mind when we need a place to take her.

I'd give a one but here we are. Just picked up my dog from daycare and I noticed he had something hard on his fur which ended up being dried blood from a small gash on his ear. I panicked and called them and they responded with "well he bulldozes through doors so maybe his ear got snagged." Cool so y'all have barbed wire doorways? Nah. I've had issues with this East Cobb location for years tbh, whether it was the front desk lying to my face about connecting to my vet, or taking him to their groomer next door, asking for a full groom including deshedding, only to be charged 140 dollars for what seemed like a quick bath and spritz of cologne and zero deshedding treatment. I'm over it. I'll never take my dog here again.

We have our dog boarded and groomed here. She loves it and always looks forward to going. Staff is very kind and friendly.

I worked or “shadowed” here for a week and never got paid. I contacted the owner directly and just never heard back. I worked the front desk answering calls, worked in daycare, came early to feed dogs, all the things. It’s a nice and clean place but I guess they don’t want to pay people.

Great cut and bath on an older cockapoo. She is soft and more Petra le and much cooler with less hair. Service was excellent.

Ziggy is a rescue from Haven's rescue organization. We have been boarding him for years and have never had any problems and he gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. The facility is clean and the staff well trained for all types of doggy personalities. Haven was one of the first daycare / boarding facilities in the market and continues to be the example for so many others.

Horrible. Don't think it is sanitary. My goldendoodle haven't been the same since his grooming. IRREGULAR bathroom, diarrhea,, rashes in the ear. I wouldn't trust thus place.

We've used this place a few times. We're new to the area and just trying to find somewhere near our house that's dependable. The few times we've been it's been okay, nothing remarkable. Our dog was sick with a bloody stool last time we picked him up. However, in order to book him I practically have to beg or book weeks or months in advance. We're definitely done and on the hunt for a new boarding establishment.

Our crew are regulars here. Friendly staff that seems to care. My only gripe is the form I have to manually fill out every single time we drop off the pack. Other than that, the place suits our needs well.
