“Our garage was in need of a little organization and the floor was looking a little tired. Checked out some DYI videos and my back and knees started hurting! Gave Garaginization a call for some comparison pricing and glad I did. Phil came out and helped design our cabinet and shelves locations and provided a quote for an epoxy floor and cabinet installation. Much better price than I expected. Bradley and Felix efficiently prepped and epoxied the floor in a day and a half. Two days later Jason and Carlos had the custom cabinets and shelves installed in under two hours. It’s a brand new garage! Highly recommend! ??”
“Like a step back in time into an old hardware store in Anytown USA.
Brought my Stihl string trimmer in for repair.
The gentleman at the counter had some sage advice on what to do and some recommendations.
About seven days later, I get a call that my string trimmer is ready for pick up. Back to normal and good as new.
They could’ve sold me a new one, but they didn’t instead, they repaired the one I had.
Trustworthy and dependable.
The repair tech even wrote a friendly little upkeep tip on the repair ticket for me.

“I do love going into a local Ace Hardware store. They've always got some of the coolest items that you just can't find at a big box store like home Depot and Lowe's. Certain types of screws and fasteners. This one I took one star off because of it being a smaller location that gives it a cramped inside. But otherwise the employees are all nice as can be and ready to help you whenever needed and never rush you out.”

There was just something that didn't seem to me when I went to deliver the machine...
Unfortunately, when I went to deliver the machine, another person was receiving it and this young man was not friendly, he only told me where he was going to place the machine and did not check if everything was ok! I am very sorry that you have people in that position, but he wasn’t nice.”
“Love Lowe's and how they have a dedicated section for clearance. They do have lots of clearance items on normal aisles too, but having a selection of clearance to look through is nice.”

“This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service, cleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta. We recently had our back deck rebuilt. Home Depot had everything our installer requested with competitive pricing (compared with Lowe's and Metro Building). Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window. Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue. Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.”

“Selected two new wall mounted outdoor light fixtures to complement our rebuilt back deck this week. Lowe's had a great selection of options! The Birchwood farmhouse/industrial style has a 12W integrated LED so no changing out bulbs. We're skeptical but hopeful. It took trial and error to find the right bulb for the Halyard to match the LED color/warmth. Best match for us is the GE Relax LED 'neutral warm white light' (most yellow colored box). It was super easy to return the bulbs we didn't like and repurchase another option. “I drive here bypassing the Kennesaw location because after 20 plus years of patronage the customer service provided by the friendly staff is so far beyond that of the Kennesaw Harbor Freight it's worth the extra drive, gas, and time! Thank you for having such customer oriented and trained professionals in your store. From each state I have visited I stopped at the HF and not one was to this level of professional service with a customer oriented ethos. It's this location that keeps me coming back to HF and feeling I have a tremendous value from purchasing the Insider Track Club membership. The store is stocked and staffed, unlike the others in my area with consistently empty shelves , limited availability, and no one to assist.”
