I drive here bypassing the Kennesaw location because after 20 plus years of patronage the customer service provided by the friendly staff is so far beyond that of the Kennesaw Harbor Freight it's worth the extra drive, gas, and time! Thank you for having such customer oriented and trained professionals in your store. From each state I have visited I stopped at the HF and not one was to this level of professional service with a customer oriented ethos. It's this location that keeps me coming back to HF and feeling I have a tremendous value from purchasing the Insider Track Club membership. The store is stocked and staffed, unlike the others in my area with consistently empty shelves , limited availability, and no one to assist.

I've never been to this store but have been happy with various Harbor Freight stores so I ordered some replacement wheels from them online. It was a mistake I won't make again. The customer service person in California was very polite as she told me they messed up and I couldn't cancel. She did get the wheels to me but it took another week. It's not Amazon.

I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. Was met at the door by an employee letting me know they were closing in 30 minutes and then was stopped at least half a dozen times while I was there shopping to tell me how many minutes till they closed. Ended up not getting anything

I always check the harbor freight website before driving to the store just to make sure they have the item that I'm looking for in stock. I swear half the time I go the item is nowhere to be found. I enjoy coming here and will still continue to shop I just wish their inventory was more accurate.

Wanted to shout out GRANT P for an awesome customer experience. I have visited this store for years and Grant was the only and first one to provide additional details and resource on the products we purchased. The information he provided was and kind of disappointed that I was not told this years. Because of what Grant has done it encouraged me to continue to shop at Harbor Freight Tools. Thank you Grant!
