Normally very happy with the service. The staff is always great, but the last couple times I've gotten cuts from what seems to be new or inexperienced stylists, which is okay, you gotta start somewhere. But this last cut I cried when I got outside. I was nice to the young girl because she tried and was very nice and I'm just not a real confrontational person, but I showed pics of what I wanted and almost left with a bowl cut. She fixed it as best as she could, I don't really blame her, just maybe the owner or manager needs to be sure that their staff are experienced enough. This actually isn't the 1st time this has happened, but the 2nd, just this time was so bad. Don't know if im going back, unless I know I have someone very sure and experienced. I mean it's hair, it'll grow back.

Shannon cut my hair and she did a phenomenal job! She was very personable and listened to me. She really gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! Thank you lady!

First time at this location and I couldn't be happier. Poetry was attentive, skilled and a great conversation. My hair was getting way too long for my taste and when I said I wanted a mullet/mohawk that'd clean me up and let my curls shine in the back she totally delivered. Will definitely be coming back :) Thank you!

Been going to this location for a long time. Everyone is very friendly. Most recently, Angie has cut my hair several times and done a great job.

I've been going here for several years, many different stylists. I have been very satisfied with my haircuts for the large majority of the time. The few that haven't been very satisfying have still been satisfactory. I'll continue to go here.

Very nice people here! My mom in law is disabled and needs wheelchair assistance. Her back also hurts if she doesn’t keep her feet propped up often. So she was concerned about getting her hair shampooed and not being able to do it. We found a way! Hopefully this pic gives inspiration to others in the same situation!
