Last couple of times, it has been pretty disappointing. First, I was recommended a very promising hair product that actually resulted in massive dry scalp and flakes. Upon complaining, she said, it would normally take about 45-60 day of continuous use. Well, shouldn't you have told me that in the first instance. My last TWO haircut by the same associate have been very choppy - like in 2 minutes - despite telling that I need a taper at the back (neck area) and clear around my ears. She is in her own world. I like the location and services and would try another associate next time around. Thanks for requesting feedback.

Shout out to Rachel for getting me right together!!! Came in for a spur of the moment cut/trim (literally googled and pulled into the closest hair salon while omw home from work), and I couldn't have made a better decision! I explained what type of style I was aiming for, and she took the time to listen and even checked in throughout the cut to make sure I liked it. She was also very witty and fun to talk to! I hope she doesn't leave this location because my trust issues have determined that only Rachel at Great Clips is allowed to cut my hair! 10/10 ?

There is a lady from Middle East here that is confused. She believes that she’s the customer and “never” makes mistakes—-“ohh no, you didn’t tell me that… after mi sidekicks were GONE” ???

Great Clips does a good job for a reasonably priced haircut. Full disclosure: I'm a simple male that gets haircut once a month. They also trim eyebrows and hairs around your ears, if you request that. Notice that some of the bad reviews are from women that want fancier styles. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Nice vibe inside the nicely set up area (see pic). Staff has never been pushy with products. Lots of turnover of stylist here. Pro tip: Make a reservation on-line to schedule your appointment and know your wait time. Also you can just walk in and get on their list at the front. Plenty of free parking here and lots of other stores for shopping. Park once and do multiple errands.

Money was tight and I desperately needed a hair cut. I finally gave up on the other salons in the area who required at least a week plus out booking (stylists who were recommended were even further out!) SO, I went to Great Clips. It was my first time ever going to any GC location and was met & greeted immediately by a kind and friendly stylist. She took me to her station, gave a consultation, thoroughly looked over my inspiration hair photos and after asking me the appropriate questions got straight to work. She was fast, offered to help show me how to style this new look, and was not uncomfortably pushing in showing me the products she'd recommend. I did buy a styling wax which I'm 100% satisfied with and use every single day. Overall, I had a better experience here than I have at my former salon (which I went to for years and payed hundreds of dollars each time). I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend based on my experience.

I came with my two boys for a haircut and the two ladies was working at 2:30 pm Saturday give to my boys very rude comments and they both told them go to barber shop if they want to get a haircut just because they show a picture with out design just something simple, there were no costumer and they get upset they was on the phone whey we came in this is not the first time I came to great clips. I feel dediscrimination on my two boys I asked them again if thet are able to cut and both answer was no, I stand up and took my boys and go with out haircutService: Kids' cuts

I take my mixed boys ❤️ to see Miss Toya! She does a fantastic job with their curly hair—great fade, line up on point, and cheaper than all these barbers everywhere. My oldest is on the spectrum and she makes him feel very comfortable. She’s our go to now!Services: Kids' cuts

Every singe time that I've been at great clips I've left with the worst haircut in my life. Somehow they get exponentially worse every time I go. All the workers are nice and everything, but its just unbelievable. If great clips is good at doing one thing, it would be ruining people's self confidence for a few weeks until their hair grows back to normal. It's just sad, I go in every time thinking, "there's no way they could possibly mess up again, right?" And yet my theory is proven wrong time and time again. Go to a normal barber, I beg.
