Do not donate here! I just watched an elderly woman be denied service for trying to pay in cash until I personally stepped in and just paid for her twenty dollars of items.Twenty dollars and they were threatening a grandmother in need for the crime of paying in cash! This is not a charity. This is not Christian. This is a disgusting money grab and goodwill should be ashamed of how they operate. While the employees here may feel they have no agency to help, the management should face eternal justice for their cruelty and indifference to the suffering of their fellow man

I was appalled to find the 'goodwill' selling a Christmas tree for $40.00. You have forgotten the purpose of your store. The prices at the goodwill are rivaling that of regular retail stores. They need to decrease the prices at these stores. Remember that ALL of the things that you sell are from free donations!!!! You should be ashamed of your selves sell items for those high prices. And even though covid has decreased, they still won't let you try on anything. Horrible. Somebody is making money and at the expense of the poor!!!

That Diane lady is very rude. Y'all need to get rid of her and the older Dominican guy who takes donations. I dont like the attitudes at this location.

I make it a point to stop at any Goodwill outside of my local area when traveling and this is one of the nicer locations in been to this year. It's well lit, laid out nicely, well stocked with treasures, and Sensibly organized.. I even found a few treasures while I was there! we will shop again next time I'm in the area!my only complaint is a long line at the registers but it's not a deal breaker for me..

This store is clean and the cashier was nice. I had no problems ? great used clothes for a Goodwill. My daughter had to purchase black work pants and found 3 great pairs.

You'd think if you're literally helping them keep their company alive by donating FREE clothes to them that they turn around and profit off of the backs of the unfortunate that they wouldn't 1.) stick a price tag of $25 on a dress and 2.) literally bang on your car window when god forbid I'm putting on my seatbelt because I had to get out to unload my items. Don't. Touch. My. Car you didn't pay anything for it meaning you don't have the audacity to touch it let alone bang on it with your hands what if I did that to your car? literally.

I've never been so rudely talked to while giving a donation at the location on 2667 Powder Springs Rd SW Ste 117, Marietta, GA 30064. Granted, what I had was not in a bag, but it was small enough that it was located on the passenger seat of my truck...and folded. The best I could make out from the gentleman talking to me was that people die in hospitals and their sick clothes are donated. ??♂️ WTH.

After years of shopping and donating there they have lost my business. I have always been kind and respectful to every employee I have dealt with and until today I have seen the same in return from all of the employees. But today I went to donate to Goodwill. I was in a bit of a rush and the employees were busy. So I took my box out of the car and set it on the curb next to other things. One of the men asked me to pull forward and I said that was all I have. The other employee yelled loudly "you have to put in the bin." Which is not true the employees generally unload your car and they put it in the bin, but I digress. "I said there is glass in there I can not put it in the bin." I didn't have time to explain what should have been obvious to him. I am 65 and the box was heavy and lifting it was hard enough much less putting it in a 3.5 ft high bin. This man grabs the box and in a fit of anger throws it in the bin shattering all the plates and glasses, like some psyco. How can Goodwill claim to do employee training if they can not even train their own employees to be kind to the people donating.

Y'all really need to put a camera in that corner next to the bags/purses. Yesterday, I watched a man walk in, grab a coke and water, then walk directly to the back. I informed a male employee that the guy is 100% going to steal from you, he said he'd inform his manager, which he did promptly. However, the manager didn't do anything nor say anything to the thief when he left. He stole a Mickey Mouse backpack, a bottle of coke, a bottle of water, at least 3 dvds, and a charger. He probably stole other things while I was reporting him. Y'all really need some loss prevention or something. I get that it's basically a yard sale store with crazy high prices, but you need to do a better job at protecting your business. I hate when thieves get away.

Shopped at this store for awhile but one lucky morning things changed. Went in for a quick look at their items and headed to the shoes. When I arrived I noticed a goodwill employee with stock to shelve was not only handing out shoes to people, but only handing shoes to her friends or the people she knew! Why continuously announce over the speakers to get out of the way when the employees are putting the stock on the racks or shelves when your employees are going to ignore the announcement and just hand the items out to whomever they choose? When I said something about it, this man got up into my face and began to curse me out left and right! After that, I saw a pair of shoes in a cart filled with construction supplies, as many renovations were happening in the Goodwill I assumed that it was a cart being used by the Goodwill to store renovation supplies. So, I grabbed the shoes to put them back on the shoe shelf; as I was walking towards the shelves the same man came up behind me and yanked the shoes from my arms! I guess it was his cart, but before he yanked them from me he could have asked me to give them back and I would have done so happily! Instead, he snatched them from me, and in surprise, I screamed. Another Goodwill employee came over to see if I was ok which I was very grateful for. I spoke with a manager there who offered to call the police, but that would have been unnecessary. I know there is not much the Goodwill can do about the man, but it would be nice for the employees to not show favoritism and put items straight on the shelves to be fair to other buyers who they may not know.

This store has gone from my stress relieving, treasure hunting funtime store to not going back store. The esthetics of the store have become increasingly deplorable. Since the remodeling of this store it has become a junk store. There is no organization in any of the areas. It's just a junk store not a Goodwill Store. Also a lot of the merchandise is is priced higher than the original price. Very disappointing...

Recent visits have been great. They refreshed their look, so that is nice.I'm often disappointed they only have 1 opened cashier, sometimes 2 on weekends.
