This review is not for the Goodwill store as such, but for the grumpy Indian guy who receives our donations. He is the rudest, meanest associate I have ever encountered at Goodwill or any other store. I really don't know if he behaves like this to everyone or his harsh behavior is reserved to only fellow Indians. Goodwill probably needs to change him if they want more people to make donations. It's acceptable if you don't always greet or smile, at least don't be rude to your customer.

They are supposed to be open until 8pm on Saturdays however I can to find that on 7:15 pm to the we'll be back sign was up. I didn't want to drive all the way down to the one near the big Chicken and so I went into Publix for a few minutes hoping that the employees hadn't. Just written off working their shift on Saturday.
When I was done, around 7:35, the open light was now on but when I walked over to check the door, it was still locked as there was no one up front.
Knocking on the door for a minute finally got someone to unlock it and tell me I could drive me car right up front.
Then when I went to unload, I told the employee that the bag of items was heavy, but rather then offer assistance he just slid the cart around hoping I I had it.
I have never had such a bad experience at a Goodwill location, at the irocic part is they have a sign in the window touting their 99 percentage customer satisfaction.
