Overpriced and hotter than hell. With how expensive these clothes are you think that you could fix the AC faster. Shame on you for letting your employees work through all this heat. Can't even shop in there it's so freaking hot!

This is my absolute favorite Goodwill. I always find great things in here and the customer service from Deborah and Teresa are always wonderful. I also like that they have arranged all their clothing by color. Makes shopping here easy and enjoyable!!! Can’t wait to come back!!

One of the nicest Goodwill’s I’ve been to. It’s actually clean and not picked over. I think it’s a hidden gem.

The guy taking donations in the back (30’s/40’s, brown hair) gave me a really hard time about donating items 15 minutes before close, after I went in and the cashier told me to drive around back to donate items. He made a really uncomfortable situation for me and my partner who drove extra time to this goodwill to donate items since it was open later than the one closer to our house.

It amazes me how expensive goodwill is compared to other stores and on their color of the week there are very few. Customer service is always good

This has been my favorite Goodwill for a while. Most of my work clothes are from here. The place is clean (including bathrooms) plus clothes are kept pretty tidy according to size which seems hard to keep up with. Also usually decent furniture, art and frame sections.

Historically, the best Goodwill I've ever been to. In the last month... not so much.I have always liked this Goodwill location due to its excellent selection of clothing, still-reasonable prices, and above all else, scrupulous organization. However, the last couple of times I've gone, (in July 2023) that last point no longer holds true. It was exceptionally jarring to realize how much I'd come to rely on the fact that normally the clothes are organized not only by type and size, but also by color. They are no longer organized by color, which was disheartening enough, but more and more items are appearing in entirely the wrong section based on the clothing type and size.I hope this is just a temporary problem related to staffing issues, but I fear that it will continue indefinitely. The other major problem the last time I went was how many of the clothing items were either horrifically stained or just hadn't been washed prior to being put out on the floor. This has not been my experience normally, and I also found it disturbing.

I took a 10 foot U-Haul full of items that came from a friend, who is retiring from her law practice and they are downsizing to a smaller home, to the Goodwill store on Roswell Road in Marietta, GA.The Goodwill employee did not greet me, but rather stood in the doorway and said he needed to know exactly what items I had. When I told him it was various items from a friend who was downsizing I assumed he would walk over to take a look, but again he stated he needed to know exactly what I had. I would have been happy to show what I had and also advise what was in each of the boxes if he walked about 12 feet over, but by third time he told me he needed to know what I had, I left.I donated items to FurKids instead. I was greeted warmly. I was told up front they had limited space and they may not be able to take everything. They also mentioned a couple of categories they are not currently taking.Thia being said, they accepted about 80 percent of the items but ran out of room. They thanked me multiple times for the donationsThis included some new tools and other items new in original boxes, electronics, furniture, various vintage and antique items, garden items, women's clothing ordered on Amazon still in the shrink wrap, and more. So, I recommend you consider donating to Fur Kids or some place else, rather than to this Goodwill location.

Drop off at City Thrift by the Chick-fil-A right down the road instead!!! I brought a near perfect oversized faux leather chair here last week and was turned away at donation because the guy at donation wasn’t willing to help me take it out of the car so he could examine it. What’s crazy is that the woman dropping off ahead of me also had a gorgeous wing backed chair that looked like it was in perfect condition and the guy made her put it back in her truck. Just odd. I thought maybe they have too many chairs inside so I popped inside the store for a quick visit and there was very little in the couch/chair section. Very off but City Thrift is a new thrift store down the road and they were SO thankful for my donation. Highly recommend City Thrift.

This part of town has been in decline for a while now, but the way the employees act here confirms as much.I went to drop off some clothes and items at 8:58 AM, and there was no attendant in the donation center area. I began unloading my items and a male employee ran up to the door, hiding behind the glass shouting that they weren’t open until 9 AM. I said okay, and kept unloading my items because it was 8:58 AM. He kept repeating himself and finally opened the door to say the same thing, this time with a female employee behind him. Both were yelling at me that they weren’t open until 9:00 AM and that I could not leave my donations under the covered awning until they were open. I said “okay” again and kept unloading all the donations. The female got angry and began taking pictures of my license plate of my vehicle, stating that she was going to report me to law enforcement. For unloading donations 2 minutes before they opened, 2 days before Christmas!!!! I told her and the male, that’s fine, you can throw it all away, I don’t care, and to have a good Christmas.Absolutely wild interaction. Hard to believe that the folks here are so allergic to work that they will harass you and threaten to call the cops on you. Strongly recommend staying away from this place, no doubt it will close down soon just like everything else in that plaza.
