Rudest donantion staff. Offered zero help unloading and refused several items. Reloaded my truck and took to another donation store.

Today (10/11/2023) the manager bragged to me that he was happy they were raising prices. Genius PR to tell the customer that you're happy to be raising prices on on the inventory you get for free. There's a reason people call it Greedwill.

Bad customer service and prices keep going up.Employee gave me the death glare when I asked if his register was open. I said never mind, sorry to bother you. He said “Oh, I’m open. I just like to glare at people to spice up my day.” ….yikes. Maybe he shouldn’t be working the front. I’ll be shopping elsewhere after that experience.

This place was extremely hot and humid not sure if they had ac off because it was 710pm and they close at 8pm. This place was very uncomfortable. Maybe the ac was broken I don't know but will not be back anytime soon . Turn the A/C on ? ? ?

This place was pricy and wouldn't allow people to try things on, even though they had 6 fitting rooms. Unfortunately, because of this, I couldn't buy any of the eight dresses I wished to buy. That said, it is a large store, and if you are easily sized, you could probably buy something.

Management is still lacking at this location. We dropped off furniture and myself and my friend (both with back problems) had to help the poor man get the furniture on the dolly. There should be two (minimum) people ready to help unload furniture drop offs. Or at least have a policy of getting another person to help whenever there is large furniture. It’s completely unacceptable to force donors to help lift heavy objects when you do not know their health situation or to force a single worker to lift heavy furniture on his own.

A lot of clothes I wanted were stained and ripped. Whoever is putting out clothes needs to take a few extra seconds to make sure the clothes are in good condition. That was disappointing. I did find a few items but the condition of the clothes were awful.

Moved here a couple years ago. My husband and I have tried donating here a few times. Every person at the front that supposed to take donations have not been nice and have seemed confused on what to do or just not helpful at all. We had to take our donations back with us a couple times. Pretty nice items that we know people would love to have or really need. Husband went through a lot last time with a man saying he couldn’t take something, then would, then wouldn’t, then wanted to separate the items that go together. So my husband just got the items back. We will be donating elsewhere for now on for better customer service and to save time. I’ve noticed other reviews from the past complaining about the same things, so I assume they respond with the same response and isn’t interested in improving.

Probably the best donations sold out of all of the surrounding goodwill stores

I went back today around 3:45 to try and donate again. I was turned away being told no more donations were being accepted today, come back tomorrow. After trying twice, I went across the street to The Kidney Foundation who gladly accepted my donations.

Interesting store (first time visiting a Goodwill place) and I find that it's a good option for donating those extra clothes or house items.

I tried to donate a nice modern black chandelier and was just told “No”. I went across the street at the Kidney Association truck, and the employee commented on how nice it looked and happily took it.Also I noticed a stiff price increase and some items that are obviously from the Dollar store, like cheap used football decor plastic trays… marked for more than $3 each and more than what the new prices would have been. Will go shop somewhere else, where my nice donated items are appreciated and where things are not overpriced.

I went in early morning 7/30 and was purchasing 2 handmade dresses, one was a Chinese cheongsam inspired dress (shaped like a cheongsam but not made out of the traditional materials) and the other was a light summer dress with an empire waistline... the teenage cashier asked me if they were for myself, to which I replied yes and she made a disgusted/dissatisfied sound. I asked her what the problem was and she said they weren't meant to be worn by white people.?? Cue my confusion and anger, Why is she policing what I wear and speaking on a culture that isn't hers, she's white too? She gave me attitude the rest of the interaction. Go stock items if you don't know customer service. I go to school for social work I'm somewhat of a SJW myself but she should have kept her mouth shut and scanned my items. There is a difference between appropriation and appreciation and she needs to learn it and calm tf down. Not everyone is a racist or automatically appropriating another culture. Definitely dissatisfied with my visit here and never coming back which is a shame because I've been coming to this location for years.

Several times I've tried donating at this store only to be told, "NO, we're not taking any more donations!" I'm not donating bags of garbage, but useful household items (working sewing machine, appliances, etc.) I get that everyone is short-staffed these days, but this is their JOB, so they need to find a way to accommodate people who have gone through a lot of trouble to bring in their donations.
