Reached out multiple times about getting help with trapping an outdoor stray cat that is scaring my indoor cats. No response each time. So rude. They clearly don’t care then about a cat’s wellbeing.

Love coming to good news for TNR and for spaying my cats. I recommended two friends already and they were happy with the results as well!

My boyfriend and I lost our cat back in December 2022 and we thought it was time to fill our home with some fur babies again. We went to several places like petsmart, petco, etc. Every time we found a cat we were interested someone else put their application in before we did and it always fell through. We were wanting to be able to play with cats and if we fell in love with one we could bring it home that day. Most places aren't like that and have a 24-48 waiting period. Thats what made Good Mews stand out to us right away. I emailed them and their responses were always so quick and informative. We went in last week and adopted two of the most sweetest boys. It was a quick process and you get to interact with the cats in a room to find your perfect match. The cats all seemed happy, healthy, and friendly. The staff was also nice, helpful, and informative with each cats history. You even get a bag filled with food and goodies. Very nice experience and one of the best places to go to if you are looking for your next fur baby.

The Good Mews Animal Foundation has a great community cat program for TNR (free for Cobb County residents). They helped me organize a cat trap rental and set me up for success to capture stray cats in my area. Please reach out to them if you are struggling with expenses for your local strays!

They really love cats and take supreme care of their orphans. If you want a kitty, this is the place to find your forever furry friend purring with delight and wanting to go home with you.

We adopted our sweet girl from this shelter about a month ago. She had some minor health complications and the shelter staff was so helpful and caring and went above and beyond to help us and our new kitty to make sure she had a good transition to her forever home.

This place is incredible and really does care about the animals! I'm absolutely amazed with how dedicated they are to helping families be able to keep their furry friends and get them the medical care they need. Our family has hit very rough times financially and Good Mews is willing to help us get our kitties taken care of. Truly a miracle for us. Thank you Good Mews! I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderfull establishment. Remember: Adopt, don't shop!

Instead of helping a abandoned cat they refused it and would rather it be turned out. A gentleman next door passed away and his out of state family were just going to turn his cat out. I tried to take it to good mews and they refused it.

We wanted to find a Senior cat to adopt, so we looked at Good Mews as most places only have kittens. I have donated to this foundation before, but never adopted. It took 1 1/2 hours to adopt this cat. That's nuts. I filled out the application online ahead of time to save time. I knew exactly which Senior cat I wanted before I went in. Can this process be streamlined??There were 2 cats with the same name, so we had to clarify that I went home with the right cats medication. Glad I am medical. The place was clean and the cats seemed well. Lots of feeding stations, water and litter boxes. It did Not smell. Not at all. There were large windows for the cats to watch the birds, but all of the bird feeders were empty. All in all, this is a great place, worthy of financial and community support. I'm pleased that they have Senior kitties as I plan to keep adopting 1 or 2 Senior kitties as each one passes away. We wanted these cats to live out their final years in a comfortable home. The kitty we adopted was Not Happy with all of the other kitties at Good Mews, but when we got her home, she was wonderful within a couple of days. Senior kitties are the best!
