Unfortunately black women are dependent on these stores ran by sometimes racist or prejudice people of asian descent. The asian cashier which I pray is not the owner STOLE a product I purchased. I do not live in Marietta and came to this place to purchase. pack of hair for my braids. Within 30 mins I realized I no long could use it due to a change of hairstyle. I immediately brought it back and placed it on the counter and asked for a refund, the asian cashier grabbed the bag from the counter and said no refunds and his body language was extremely off putting. I told him to give me my purchase back and I will dispute it since I cannot have any curtesy refund within 30 mins of purchase for an unopened item. He began to go off and call me shady for threatening to dispute the charge and still not give me the product back and tried to force me into accepting a credit. If I dont want a credit it is my RIGHT to take what I BOUGHT, It is not your decision THIEF. I may look like someone you can disregard and disrespect but I am a young professional that works hard for my money. Its not just about the money, Its the principle of this asian man feeling he can take something from a black woman that purchased an item, at this point it is a bought product that does not belong to you. YOU STOLE and I should have pressed charges. I called the police and my conscience wouldn’t allow me to pull a cop away from more serious crimes so I canceled the call and contacted my bank. DO NOT DO business with this beauty supply store if you can help it. No matter how many young black women you put in there for marketing, your service to our communities reflect how you really feel about your customers. Everything isnt about race but the difference in service is mind blowing. Would you have stolen from your own as well? The worst experience ive had at a beauty supply to date. I feel violated.

So I had just walked in and this girl asked me did I need help I told her no thank you. She proceeded to make it so obvious that she was watching me. Yall so funny you come to America own a business and hire black people to watch other black people nothing wrong with watching but do you have to be annoying about it she came next to me then behind me than across from me well smile for the camera girl! I was going to by more stuff but she made me so annoyed and uncomfortable I bought my hair and left!! I ABSOLUTELY WONT BE BACK AND ALL BLACK PEOPLE DONT STEAL CUT OUT THE STEROTYPE!!

Absolutely PatheticI walked in & grabbed a basket, but, due to the cashier's inability to want to work, I made sure not to purchase anything other than the "one" item I came for, and that even brought up issues......- There's no membership, a gratitude shown to their customers- You have to wait & keep asking for help, but they are ?'ing each step you take- AND, 0 professional skills, the staff....she kept attempting to address me by "honey", I corrected her twice, then simply dismissed her afterwards !The thing is, silence is consent.... this is a business relationship, and if I need to inform you, Miss Or Ma'am & you still don't get it, I'm done. This is only proper etiquette 101. Let's keep honey, sugar, baby, pokie pie for @ hm with friends, family or loved ones, a customer is patronizing your establishment,not your peer, so it's due respect !Then, no one has the skills to cut a lace-front, but want to charge me to buy scissors.I'm use to, wig caps are free when you make a purchase & you will get full service.However, ppl don't realize from this community, that they are not being valued or even treated with the "modicum of respect ", they deserve. So, I will NOT be returning & take my ??? elsewhere, they are just out for money, don't offer service, just too greedy for me !!! + I had to pause my day, to cut the lace-front myself....simply terrible way of doing business !!! Asked for assistance on bleaching my hair and got the products so I thought but it didn't take so something went wrong attendant was in hurry too so I don't believe they gave me correct info or products so,I'm going to wait a little longer before try again.better luck next time i hope ? but other than that a goos variety of products and merchandise and prices arent too bad.

Welp I won’t be returning. Clearly they think their patrons are thieves. They keep just about everything (wigs, weaves, ponytails, and pretty much anything over $10) behind the counter on the walls and they expect you to point to what you want so that they can get it and show you. That in itself is annoying. But if you’re like me and can’t see very well, you’re basically screwed. (If I see something that I think I may like, I want to make sure it’s in my price range before asking someone to get it down for me. ) After asking to see 2 wigs, I just decided I’d go somewhere else. The black girl working in the wig area was sweet and patient. But there was anOTHER lady who came out of nowhere and was like “Just so you know, these are human hair wigs.” Now, I admit — I may have read too much into it, but I just don’t understand why she felt the need to come tell me that when the black girl was already there and helping me. And there’s no way that I would’ve thought that a synthetic wig was 299.99 anyway.. -_- So I continued looking around like I’d do in any other store, and every few mins someone was coming up to me asking if I needed help finding anything. It just got annoying. Finally I paid for my couple of items and left. I didn’t wanna buy anything but they probably would’ve swore up and down that I had been in their stealing if I left without buying anything — despite the fact that I only had my tiny wallet with me. If I had came in there with a larger purse, I can’t even imagine.

Last review a year ago. Now there's Poor customer service! The owner is especially arrogant and staff follows with his bad example. This is because at present they have the blessings of good business which they take for granted. They forget that Customer service is bar none. You get too cocky and loyal customers are no more. There are plenty of beauty stores around Marietta and Surrounding Atlanta to purchase from. I spent 35 mins while ONE attendant assisted me in between helping other assistants when trying on wigs which are a $50 plus investment and i was in the process of purchasing two. I was understanding and patient while the other customers were assisted. I tried on a total of 5 wigs two of which i was ready to purchase. I asked to try on the 6th as I may have purchased 3 and so foolishly and rudely they said no. What business refuses a paying customer? I walked out! No business deserves my hard earned money for not accommodating my request and in a disrespectful manner! Further to this, they had the gaul to exaggerate the time I entered into the store confusing me with another customer. The total time spent on me may have been 15 mins. Do not patronize. All this aggravation not withstanding the fact i made the attempt to go the previous day to make purchases onlybto discover that they changed their hours! You would think that they would go out of their way to accommodate me the second time for being loyal to return! As i say, they are too cocky for their own good!

It’s cool. Every thing you need. Expect electric hot comb. Brought several from them. They did not get hot, overall I’ve been coming here over the last 12 years, so that one experience did not stop me from coming back

The cashier was really helpful. She didn't hesitant to come behind the counter and help me find what I was looking for. She knew a lot about the various products, made suggestions, and was really friendly.
