I should just stop here!
But after the remodel and the updates to Robert's place. I had to revisit my review.
After 3 years of buying history at this location with both accumulation, exchanges and sales. I have made my choice. Will I buy and sell anywhere else, maybe when buying from the market.
That said, when you have people like Jake and others their that are a direct extension of Robert's tenacious business attitude. You realize you are in good hands and all transactions are review very well. I feel fairly treated and able to speak freely.

My goto home for GODs money, exchange every hard earned fugazi dollar you earn into GODs money.
Then make slow and methodical choices of using it to purchase your next cash flowing asset.

The guy I talked to was very nice,but,beside him it was a young lady,keep aughing in silen at me because I took a piece of quartz that contains some gold in it and the guy told me they don't buy pieces like that,and she was very disrespectful,looking at me like you don't have Idea what's gold,Guess what young lady,don't ever desestimatte a person,just because you think you have a privilege position and look everybody else below you.GOD IS wonderful,merycle,etc.when you work so hard,when you even risk your own life in streams,and study every single mineral you come across takes a lot of time,hard work etc.but at some point you get compensate , I have an amazing 12 lbs,KRISTALIZED gold specimen that I'm negotiating somewhere else,soon is gonna be a TV report about it,and a few articles in one of the best reputable science magazine,WICH I PLAN TO GIVE FULL CREDIT TO THE BUSINESS THAT HELP ME IN THIS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT JOURNEY. the specimen is extremely beautiful and super rare, unfortunately i don't wanna go back to these place because I really feel horrible when I left,Gold and coin exchange that date,not for the guy,he actually treat me respectful,and I never forget that,but for this pathetic lady.
GIVING THE BEST OF YOU KNOWLEDGE TO ANYONE THAT COME ACROSS TO YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFERIENCE IN SOMEONES LIFE.
You don't know if that person didn't have the chance to go to a expensive college,to get the scientific knowledge to identify,Gold,silver,platinum etc.
And maybe this person has all the passion to become successful in this presues metals world, but all he's tools are,his two hands ? his own eyes,. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, If one of this person's ever come successful they wan't ever forget who gives them a honest hand,and will compensate them for that.
And then the story maybe come totally different.
YOU NEVER KNOW IF THE PERSON THAT MANY PEOPLE LOOKED BELOW,MAY BE THE ONE,THAT ONE DAY CHANGE YOUR HALL LIFE.

Had a little gold bullion I wanted to sell, so I called several dealers here in Cartersville. Two shops couldn't give me a price, presumably because they didn't want me to shop their prices. Another shop tried to take my head off with a low-offer of about $4800. Got $5300 from these guys. They had a nice, respectable, museum-like shop and the people were nice.
Assuming the check clears, I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I have become recurring customers because of Rob and Anna. All staff members are wonderful as well. They will literally give all the time you need to ask any questions you might have and make sure all your questions are answered. Such a wonderful experience at this location. Honesty is a huge factor for us and at this location we never had the slightest doubt about their intentions.

Dont bring coins here. I had valuable coins and they wouldn't even look at them after I drove there. He said $10 without looking at them. You have to look at the date, mint, condition, etc

The owner clearly is only interested in high end common coins. I brought 30+ coins dating all the way to 1891. He hardly looked at them and quickly gave me a low ball offer. Not even looking up close to any of them. It's like a drive through coin shop. I don't think he truly has interest in your coin collection unless its common coins. Don't expect them looking for error coins or rare foreign coins. I felt very rushed and not welcomed. Very dissapointed. I will not return.
