I wish I could still use Smyrna. Ryan is the only one I trust at this location.

I miss the Smyrna location, they were amazing. The people here have absolutely horrible attitudes, I hate calling them.

I have no idea what the bad reviews are for. This place goes above and beyond to fight for low cost medication (with or without insurance) Marlon at the front desk is so kind and a joy to see every time. I am thankful when he’s the one answering the phone because he’s so pleasant to deal with. Courtney the pharmacist is also amazing. Love this staff. Feels like a family owned pharmacy even if it’s not.

I have talked to 3 different people and each had zero phone/social skills whatsoever. It sounds like I’m bothering them in some way. Am I interrupting your SnapChat time? Why do you hate your job so much? There are people out there who actually need jobs and treat people with care. Genoa should find some new employees if they want to stay in business.

Marlon has a very rude attitude and does not find it necessary to say hello or even acknowledge your presence when you approach the counter , today I was ignored and he simply placed his hand out for a document I was holding without uttering a word . I find the experience draining and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with alternative options. 0/10

I like that they deliver. But the people who answer the phone are extremely rude. Like get another job.

Never check their voicemail or call patients back who have left messages. It IS part of the job.

On the website, it says that they are open from 8:30am to 5pm but they take lunch from 12:00pm to 1:15pm but are slow getting back to the desk to do their job.

Went through the behavioral health facility because of an outburst of depression and spent five days watching nurses shrug patients off who were obviously not in their right mind to comply with orders given. Security treated us like a chain gang, calling me boy and being completely unprofessional. I got out with five days of meds and refilled on the fifth day for 25 more days.

My experience.... well I am not one to ever post a review but if this helps anyone get a better picture of this place I don't mind painting that picture. This place, it is what it is, it's a government clinic, for people who don't have health insurance and or low income. If i had a choice I would most definitely without a slight doubt not choose to come here. It's terrible especially the mental health department not adult services. The mental health staff are so burnt out , understaffed and over worked so you can imagine the attitude you get with these people.... doesn't give you comfort at all. Doctors ask you the basic questions not ask you about your background life just the general questions and then they go ahead first appointment give you medication just like that! I swear you could ask for whatever and they will give it to you. It's super dangerous and can led to unpredictablity and errors. I research all medication given to me or I plain out decline. Not that I know better but drugs for your mental stability is no laughing matter and should be taken very serious. Last appointment I had there a very upset couple left screaming at the staff about their boy killing himself bc of a medication that was given to him at that clinic... I think doctors need to take more time before giving someone medication especially these types of drugs that can be extremely dangerous to you and to others. Also I was told it would be better benefited that I take therapy/ counseling it would be free so I asked to make an appointment and every time for months not joking months that kept telling me they don't have one available or they don't have enough staff at the moment... that's crazy and ridiculous.... after 8 months of coming here I was just told they have availability now ... wow! Thanks I guess. I don't plan to continue coming here but unfortunately at the moment I have no other option.
