I can’t believe I haven’t made a review of this place. I come here ALL the time. They always have such good things for sale at reasonable prices. Not to mention the money goes towards helping out shelters for animals in need. Amazing store with an amazing staff. I always have an absolute pleasure coming here.
For people complaining about the prices, they aren’t even that bad. This isn’t goodwill where they’re selling free items and pocketing the money. The money actually goes towards a good cause and unfortunately running a charity just isn’t free.

While I found a couple of nice items, this place is way too expensive. These things are donated to you - for free. To think that someone out of the kindness of their heart gave your cause these things and you turn around and sell it for $20 to $50 for is insane. Most stuff i'd never he able to afford because it's so high. I look to thrift stores to find fun things to collect as a hobby. Nowadays you can just shop at a regular antique mall for cheaper than places like this. The employees could also be nicer. The vibe was completely off in this place.

This is a fun store with cool stuff and lots of nice staff, volunteers & regular customers. Many of the people complaining in their reviews here don’t seem to understand that the purpose of a charity thrift store is to support the operations of a non-profit organization, which in this case is Furkids, Inc. Furkids is the largest no-kill animal shelter in the southeast, and I am happy to know that every dollar I spend and every donation I give supports their important work!

This is one of the BEST thrift stores! The prices are very reasonable. Always the cutest finds. The staff is not only accommodating and helpful, but very kind. The BEST part - it’s all for the Furkids!

The employees seem rude. I do agree that their prices are too high. A lot of their clothes seem used and old. I had seen several items with holes in them. The shop is in an old run-down shopping center. It always seemed dusty and dirty when I had been in the shop. I think the young girls working at the store seem to feel more comfortable around the younger customers. I felt a little out of place around them. They seemed cold and rude.

I love this thrift store! The staff is very nice, and I always find unique items at great prices! The absolute best part of this thrift store; their proceeds go towards saving the lives of homeless cats and dogs!! What’s not to love?! You get to thrift and help homeless fur babies! I highly recommend this thrift store and I always enjoy my time thrifting at Furkids!

I recently purchased a Monitor from them that I initially didn't believe worked. I was not pleased with the way the Manager spoke with me and handled my concerns. Your lack of empathy, just being rude, and, "It turned on, didn't it?!", is the reason for your 2. The initial interaction with the staff, was actually quite pleasant and they were very helpful and would have gotten a 5. Ms. MGR bad Form.

Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!! I’ve gotten so many beautiful dresses, tops, pants, shoes, and items for my apartment from here. Customer service is always excellent and shopping here is always very enjoyable. Saylor, Emily, and the staff are absolutely exceptional!!! I also love that all proceeds go to the Furkids shelter and helping the animals. Definitely recommend coming here!!

I used to love this place but their prices have gotten super high. It baffles me how thrift stores get everything free and turn around to sell it for antique store or eBay prices. Some nice items but not for the prices they’re asking.

I could spend hours here. It's very clean and organized, everything displayed well. I saw them greet customers as they entered, I was not. The cashiers were nice at checkout. They also had both June and July discount posters up so I was a little confused at first but no big deal. Snagged some good stuff and would visit again.
