These people are HORRIBLE. I’m trying to help my mother who lives in Michigan and has an account with these awful people. Their 800 number told me a branch could help. This Marietta branch told me they could not help and when I asked them to stay on the line and call the 800 line with me they (she) hung up on me….they do NOT make things a 5th 3rd better….What a d*** tag line …they do however make things way more than a 5th 3rd worse. They make it about 100 times worse. So after 2 hours on my day off this is still not resolved …truly TERRIBLE

I needed to get a document notarized and originally tried going to Bank of America, but was told their Notary was booked all day. I called this bank to see if they had anyone available today, and they said yes. I got there in 5 minutes, was immediately greeted in the lobby and was assisted right away. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Their customer service was amazing!

5 star service today with Nakita Arnold, the branch Manager, she was attentive and resolved my issue. Also Devon was the one who opened my account. If you use this bank ONLY ASK FOR EITHER DEVON OR NAKITA.

First of all the picture of the bank is wrong. 2100 Roswell Road is a Kroger. I don't like to do my banking business at a grocery, too crowded too busy. I ended up there so I went ahead and opened a new account for the promotion they're offering. What is usually a 20 minute process ended up taking almost an hour. When I stated that I only wanted to open a checking account and was not interested in loans credit cards, etc I was told that they had to go through the book and check each page. To top it off, I didn't even get any free starter checks. I will definitely not be using any of their banking services aside from withdrawing my balance at the end of the promotional period.

The service from the tellers and managers at this branch is always pleasant. They always help me solve any issues I come across and are very knowledgeable about the services they provide. I don't know what else I'd look for in a bank.

Rude rude rude. 5/3 bank as a whole is so much better than this branch. The teller was on her phone when I walked up. She didn't even notice me standing there. Met with a banker named Cindy. She belittled me. Stating that she did not believe the letter that 5/3 sent me and would not work with me until I provided a copy of he letter to her. Then, working with me meant telling me that she could not help me and I needed to call the 1-800 number. When the 1-800 number sent me back into the branch. Cindy tells me about her 10+ years of experience and how she knows what she's talking about and that she's done all she will do for me. It took 5 minutes in a different branch to resolve my problems. Nothing but attitude problems in this branch.
