It is hard to find person to speak to on the phone at the branch. Then I tried the online chat option which was taking long time for them to respond. One person disconnect the chat before I ask a followup question, they are not trained to ask "Is there anything else I can help with?". I had to wait in the queue again to connect with another person.

Had to go here to be added as a co owner to an account with my Dad and brother because my other brother recently died. I mentioned that there should be extensive notes from the Michigan branch where my dad and brother live explaining that I need to sign a card. The lady told me she saw the notes and said I didn’t need to sign anything and I thought that was weird, but said what is it still OK to deposit the life insurance into the joint account and she said yes. Afterwords I checked my Fifth Third’s app and I noticed that she had deposited the life insurance into my personal checking, which I had never asked for. I showed it to her and she proceeded to tell me that she could not talk to me. Then the other manager chimed in asking if it was my dad who died and I explain to know it was my brother. They continue to confuse me with my brother, clearly showing me they did not read the extensive notes that were on the account. The entire time I felt extremely rushed and invalidated not to mention how insensitive the entire staff was towards me. This is not how you treat somebody who has just lost a family member.

Outside atm never works at this location. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Nobody wants to get out the car

Please do not choose to bank here if you are thinking of switching your current bank. I made that mistake myself. I opened my account with a $250 bonus if I had a direct deposit within 60 days. I am still within that timeframe for my bonus, but they are choosing not to honor it because the account was closed. The account was closed due to inactivity for 45 days. I was not told this would happen when I opened my account with the banker at my branch. I also received no warning emails, calls, or texts that my account would be closing. Now they will not honor my promotion, because quote “You have to keep the account open.” As if it were my choice to close the account. I was not properly informed. And now I am being punished for their negligence. They are not customer centered and do not care about those who bank with them. I will be moving to another bank.

The atm does not accept cash?? Then I go to the only drive through to deposit money and I wait for over 20 minutes. This place sucks I can see why it has so many 1 star reviews. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Just left this location and Matt is by far the BEST and most knowledgeable rep I’ve ever come across, and I’ve been to several locations across several states. He was direct in answering all of my questions and really quick to get my new savings account open, even though I wasn’t assigned a rep thru my online appt. He got me in and out which I appreciate! I wish I could find a Matt at every location! Keep it up, Matt!

Joel was very rude and not very helpful on 1/3/2020. I came in and the lobby was empty, I greeted HIM once I was inside and I let him know what I needed help with. He gave off a very bad attitude and it was easy to see he did not want to help me. I have been banking with Fifth Third for years and that experience has me considering other banks. All I needed was a new ATM card since the one I had was worn and the chip wasn’t reading!

On 12/2/19 I went through the drive-thru to make a deposit. Once I started timing to see how long this was going to take, 10 minutes into it I finally pushed the help button, a guy answered and said it would be a minute, after another 6 minutes I pushed the help button again and was told once again it would be a minute, I told the guy then I had been in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and he said give him a minute, minute later he came back with the deposit slip and said, "here is your deposit slip", no thank you, sorry for your wait, NOTHING. This is the RUDEST bank I have been too and this wasn't the first time for this kind of service at this bank location and I go to several banks a week for my job and this bank best ALL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
