I walked in with questions about how to fix my shower head and left with answers - and even more than that - the feeling that they really care. Don’t waste your time at HD or as the Lowe man on the pole - Fergueson’s puts their customers first and makes you feel good that you walked in. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.

They say on the website to call for price ,been on the phone for an hour, the operator said they are busy since they service the whole state of gerogia. So how is somone suppose to get a price if No one is avail le to give you one

Unless you’re in the plumbing trade, they really aren’t interesting in giving you any help or spend any time with you. This was my 2nd visit in as many months and both times they acted as they couldn’t be bothered by helping me with a plumbing part I needed. A shame really :(Update after response from Ferguson: It’s a little late. Two back-to-back bad experiences is enough. After getting absolutely no help when I came in to Ferguson’s, I went to another retailer who spent a little time asking me questions and actually appeared like they wanted to understand my plumbing issue and help me. After talking with me and explaining what he recommended, I ended up spending about $125 with them. More than I originally anticipated but a much better repair after all said and done. Guess where I will go the next time I have a plumbing need?

I was in the store to get a part for my leaking tub and James Sams was great. After I explained the issue and showed my pictures, James told me I was looking for the wrong thing. He was able to find the correct part and demoed how I would replace the pressure balance cartridge. I was able to follow his instructions to fix the leak and this girl made her plumber daddy very proud! All thanks to James!

Spoke to someone on the phone about ordering 2 wall hydrants. The person gave me models numbers and said they had 2 in stock in Marietta. I arrived at will call and they hand me 1 Emax water heater. So I was pretty confused on how that even happened so I go to the counter to order the correct parts and they didn’t have anything in stock. Idk why they don’t have qualified people working the phones or why it doesn’t go straight to the counter but I just wasted almost 2 hours of my day plus the additional time to go to another supply house to get the parts.

Ferguson is usually on the pricier side of the supply houses but it is worth it. Today they were the only ones in a 50 mile radius with an 80 gal water heater. Bless them

Ferguson is an industrial plumbing supply company that caters to the trade / plumbers. Fortunately, this location DOES sell to retail customers! LuCKY for me! :-) If you own a home long enough, seems like just about everything eventually needs to be replaced. Had a tough time finding a little part I needed. Retail hardware stores and even online, the part I needed wasn't readily available. Everyone had an assembly that required much more work on my part that the job didn't call for. Finally found it at Ferguson's! They were fast and fairly priced. Their retail price is higher than online, as it's based on volume. Very happy they ordered the exact part for me, instead of an entire assembly like hardware stores. Fixed it in about 5 minutes and the ankle biter is no more! + Ambiance is clean, well-organized plumbers' dream garage. This is NOT a retail shop. All but me were plumbers in line picking up their orders. +++ Everything plumbing is sold here from gleaming faucets to tiny gaskets. Much better selection for plumbing needs than any hardware store and if they don't have it, they can order it for you. I found the part I needed online, ordered it over the phone and pick it up in 2 business days. ++ Price is reasonable +++ Service is professional, prompt and pleasant! ++ Parking is a free private lot.
