If I could give zero stars, I would. This location did not have paper to print labels when using a QR code at the kiosk. What’s more mind boggling is that their regular system didn’t have the capability to scan my QR code to print the label either.

I am VERY sick of fedex drivers they will not deliver packages then you have to come to this location to pick up packages due to lack of professionalism my package does not require a signature and they would not leave it on my porch which I don’t understand!

My understanding is that the logistics of FedEx were superior to the ones USPS utilize.
This is the 2nd time I have items arriving early yet they are being held at the Marrieta facility.
It is saying that my item was arriving early, they arrived at this facility on Monday 22 at 7:16am so I figured we'll, it won't arrive until next day that's understandable, silly me, now it's saying that it won't arrive until Wednesday 24.
Last time this happened, I went to the office to pick my items up and I was told that they were in a container in the back and they couldn't access my items.

A driver from this location stole 3 iPhones that were supposed to be for me and my parents. My mother ordered 2 iPhone 14 and 1 iPhone 15 on 6/15/24 and we were supposed to get them on 6/18/24. I got the notification that they were delivered about 5 minutes after it was delivered. The picture that was taken to show it was delivered showed the package on my porch. When I went out there it was no where to be found. I checked in the mailbox, on the steps, around the garage and nothing. I found out from customer service my package came from this location and when I went there to find out about my package they were of no help. Customer service has done next to nothing to help but keep saying they’re working on it. It does not take that long to look up which driver delivered the package to my home. It is clear FedEx does not care about their customers or their customers’ packages because of the lack of care they’re showing with my situation. If you ever find yourself ordering an iPhone or any expensive item, I would suggest picking it up directly from the store or going through another avenue of delivery. Unbelievable.

In the last week or so, we've had 3 packages for the company I work for get delayed. It gets delayed when it gets to FedEx's Marietta location. We've paid for 2-day and the shipper has shipped in a timely manner, only to get is stuck here at this location. They need to get their act together as there should not be this many delays so close to each other. I just filled out a survey yesterday about these delays and today, I come in to see a new email about yet another delay once it arrives at this facility. Do better!

The African guy with the glasses has no idea how to handle and deal with customers… I no longer go to this location due to the way he treats customers. Once they move him to the warehouse in the back I’ll be back shipping my packages here. For the time being I will be taking my business at the ups down the street.

This station is responsible for sending a dispatch to pick up at the Walgreens on the corner of windy hill and south cobb. They choose to send a dispatch for expedited shipping pickup whenever they like. Whoever is responsible for that has failed terribly several times and should be fired immediately. I will divert the bulk of my packages to UPS because fedex has been very incompetent.

Excellent customer service! The rep was friendly, conversational, and even knew the regulars on a first-name basis. It's the best FedEx I've ever used, IMO.

Beware, drivers for this location are thieves and liars. I highly recommend to NOT use Fedex, customer service is garbage.

This is the THIRD TIME our employee's paychecks, sent via Overnight AM delivery, have been delayed by a week. Tracking says "business was closed" each day it was "out for delivery" - we were not closed on any of these days. 10:30 am on a Thursday we are most definitely open. I wonder how the delivery driver would like his pay delayed due to someone else's laziness. Sadly in today's world he won't even be talked to about this by a supervisor out of fear of a lawsuit.
