I came to print some stuff and the manager (Matt) gave me an excellent service

Poor customer service , treated me like I was bothering them for asking for help using their machine because I was getting an error message . Very rude and I simply asked a question, and employee made it seem as though I was being emotional, or having a fit! I spoke to him regularly with no isolated tones, just explained to him that I needed assistance and why ! I am an African American Female. Who knows ? They didn’t even acknowledge me when I walk in , nor when I was standing there waiting to be helped. Never going back to this location! General public is general public. You can’t have a job in customer service and not be willing to be kind to ALL.

Very bad customer service here from the employees all the way up to the managers and upper management. I will never get anything delivered again to this STORE

Antonio was extremely helpful, I called at the very end of the day to have some prints done and he was able to assist immediately, and pick up before the store closed, I come to this location quite frequently and the customer service is exceptional.

I was just at this location & a young man was extremely helpful. He saw I was having issues & assisted me very patiently.It is rare that in places that are mostly self service now that you get this kind of attention.Thank you so much!

Had a great experience with the staff at this location when I needed to print a few things and my printer at home had run out of ink. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful - greatly appreciated!

I have been coming to this fedex for years and it has progressively become less and less customer friendly. Now they are under construction and its very disorganized and disfunctional. I asked the receptionist for assistance and he was very dismissive. Do not recommend. On to OfficeMax.

Went into the store multiple times for printing and faxing services. The printers are always done and unresponsive. The staff Jackson was on the phone with not servicing customers. I asked him for help and he was beyond disrespectful. Didn’t print out the work correctly and became combative. I then asked for the manger (Antonio) he then asked Jackson to stop speaking which he didn’t listen. Thier employees are beyond rude and do want to assist with the self services centers. This is their job if they don’t want to assist and help they shouldn’t work at a front facing customer service base job.
