I cannot recommend Jessa’s agency enough! They went above and beyond helping me with a tag registration issue. Nothing they did wrong, but through their experience they helping fix a problem with the state system. Five star!

Zero communication. I would give negative 5 stars. I tried calling them from one phone number four times and went to voicemail, and then I tried from another phone number, and they answered right away.

Sloppy operation. No attention to detail. No confidence in the information provided to customers. Poor responsiveness. Rates that climb substantially every renewal.

Great agency to work with! I called to get a commercial insurance quote and she was very detailed. Saved me a ton of money and was very professional. She knew a lot about business insurance. I plan on moving my home insurance and auto insurance over to Farmers at my renewal. I highly recommend going with Farmers

Jessa Batylin contacted me on April the 4th. She sent over a quote. I told her thank you however I had to make a decision the day before and went with another agency. She replied back and said she would contact me in 6 months that was on April 4th @ 9;30.- On the same day (April 4th) at 10:03 I receive another text message checking on the recent quote she had sent to me and what my thoughts were... (Really, I just replied to you).- On April 7th @ 10:03 I receive another text asking if I had a chance to look at the quote she sent to me.- On April 12th @ 10:04 I received another text asking the same thing and if we could schedule a time to speak. I replied back stating I already had insurance and for her to stop contacting me.-Today April 17th she sends ANOTHER text message stating she has reached out to me several times and hasn't gotten in tough with me... I MEAN COME ON!!!! How despite are you??? Leave me alone & stop harassing me.

If i could give zero stars i would. I've purchased insurance with Jessa and all was good until I asked her about my policy documents, I was told that my policy was getting two different policies in one which would take a min for the information to be viewable on the website to see and download the documentation. Months go by i leave many messages and called multiple times to get the information and i have not received a call back. No matter how many times i reach out to her company i get the same answer that Jessa is not in and we will leave a message for her to call back. Bad business, you have my account and now i am no longer a priority.

I switched insurance companies and everything was a smooth process. They were able to notify the mortgage company and get everything set up. I was pleased with the process.

Taryn Hamrick has made this transition from one insurance company to another such a seamless process, which I couldn’t appreciate more. The great customer experience along with the amount of savings made it all worth it.

Excellent company with quick and professional service. I was only interested in an home owners policy but their rates were too good to pass up for both policies. I saved 56% on the same coverage for home and auto.
