Today my husband, Bruce, went to have Sophie cut his hair as he has done consistently for many years. When her shop near us closed, he followed her to her new shop on Sandy Plains and Shallowford. Today he walked in carrying his Starbucks cup as he has always done. Sophie motioned for him to come on back. A woman he had never seen before told him he couldn’t go back until Sophie finished sweeping up. Then she said he couldn’t take his coffee with him to the chair as he had always done. She proceeded to say she was the new manager as she continued to be very rude to him. He was stunned, told her he won’t be back and left to go elsewhere. After many years with Sophie with his coffee, he’s sorry to have that relationship severed by a rude new manager.

I had a bad experience at this location. I went to cut my hair and I asked the hairdresser to remove some volume by doing layers. She ended up cutting hair on top of my head and it looks extremely weird. I love wearing my hair down but I won’t be able to do it for the next year, until it grows again. I’m very disappointed. I talked to a different hairdresser later on who confirmed this shouldn’t have been done at all.If you go to this location, I’d say make sure you get Mona as your hairdresser. She’s legit and good at what she does. Don’t risk cutting your hair with any other stylists. The woman who cut my hair was named Denise.

I have been coming to Supercuts for years. And they've been okay haircuts. But, today I had the most incredible experience with Denise. She took her time and her attention to detail is superb. I trusted her expertise and artistry completely. She is absolutely amazing! If you want a great haircut and a top-notch experience, go and see Denise!

I have been using this Supercuts for several years and have always been happy with the haircut I receive from Madeliene. However I was not pleased to see that the new manager had posted two hand made signs (totally unprofessional ) that were posted on the entrance door and at the cash register. The one on the door stated that food and drink were not allowed inside. In all the years I have been at this establishment I have never seen food or drink as a problem with clients. And does this apply to the stylists as well? The second sign stated that the senior discount was only valid on Wednesdays. My stylist doesn’t work on Wednesdays so I’m automatically excluded. How can you allow a ‘one day’ senior discount??? I find that totally unacceptable. These actions are not acceptable from my standpoint and need to be revisited by ownership.

Horrible service , New manager took several phone calls while I was in her chair and took me almost 30 minutes to get a cut.Lady was new and very confused .I have visited this location for 16 plus years.Bring back Ms kim !

I went there with my 2 year old son. Both of us got the excellent haircut. I was so pleased with the lady who did my haircut. She was all by himself in the store and did my haircut and engaged my son in conversation. Really helpful.

Didn’t get a haircut. Walked in the door for a haircut. There was one lady in there. However, she was on her cellphone. She never acknowledged me. So after I realized her phone call was much more important than customers, I turned and walked out. After I was near my vehicle, she came out to catch me (still on her cellphone). I told her she didn’t have time for me, her phone call was much more important to her. I was already in my vehicle when she yelled out I’m not on my phone anymore. If you want customers, then prioritize business over personal calls.

Made a mistake trying this location rather then great clips, awful service, and disaster hair cut they did on me, cut is not even either side on my head, they didn’t even blow away the hairs after cut. I doubt they even know how to do hair cut. Very disappointed definitely not visiting to super cut in future. They charge same like great clips but offer a very poor service and unskilled staffs. Please avoid if you can; specifically stay away from a staff who is super slow.
