A few days ago I left a bad review about this store and when I returned to the store today I was approached by the manager immediately and questioned about my comments. In return the manager called the police and had them issue me a trespassing warning. This is a direct violation of my 1st amendment rights and retaliation. It goes against laws issued by the federal trade commission and is grounds for my future lawsuit.

Everytime I come in here. The white lady who is an assistant manager is not helpful. She has a lousy funky attitude. She never speaks when people come in and acts very strange around customers. Unfortunately this is the only family dollar near me that I know that has my stuff but please reconsider staff. Good riddance. The old staff had better hospitality than the ones here now. Family dollar felt good to come in but now, its a disgrace to even spend money here.

had to argue with the toothless manager to allow me to use my card to buy gift card… she called another manger on speaker phone to try and prove a point and the lady on the other line said stop lying to customers… needless to say i was able to complete my purchase with debit card

This location has gone downhill since Tracy/Tracey the manager left..Customer service is awful and the managers are just as badThe worker Gina has a nasty attitude and unprofessional

They said I couldn't use my debit card to buy Amazon gift cards. I had to use an atm in the store to get cash. Sounds kind of fishy per I have bought gift cards from walgreens CVS and kroger with a debit card with no issue. Well merry Christmas to family dollar. Smh.

i go to this family dollar often and there extremely rude and disrespectful and racist, there bathrooms are dirty they don’t have nothing on the shelf’s and they accused me of stealing which i didnt do because i can pay for my own stuff. i don’t recommend to go there if you don’t wanna get criticize by there employees.

May 23: had a Decent experience at this location. Other then there being a lot of pushing carts with items to be put on shelves down 4 different isles the cashier was polite and quickly got us taken care of.I would recommend this location to others.
