This store seems to make its on store hours. It’s like a few days out the month this location is closed with the lights on. This is so unprofessional!!! I hate that this location is the closest to my house but idc I’m not shopping at this location anymore!!! I do like how the made upgrades but what’s the point if the store be closed whenever it wants. As I’m sitting here writing this review there’s an eighteen wheeler parked in the lot still running with the sun visor coving the front windshield. Makes me think something is going on with that driver & whatever employee is on duty. I tried to stay to get proof but who knows how long they been in that truck & I can’t wait any longer to see.

I have called numerous times to speak with a manager, every time I get ignored or hung up on. 5/15/2024 The person that answered was a woman and obviously does not possess customer service skills and shouldn't be allowed access to the business phones. This issue needs to be addressed properly. I cannot possibly be the only customer with this complaint.
The responsibility is yours to employ the proper staff. She will cause you to lose customers, myself included.

I always stop by for quick items (detergent, toiletries, etc.), but today the entrance was boarded up and the lights were off? It was around 5.

Walked in with a small bag, cashier tells me I need to leave my bag up front. I asked do you ask females to leave their purses up front. She replied, No. I walked out.I guess this location employees (yes employees) are hard at work doing the stealing. Shop somewhere else. Food depot sold the same candy I wanted for less. Leave your bag with theives is a no no.

Good supply of items. Always a lot of traffic but not a big problem. I go there for candy and other sundry products when I really don't feel like going to the grocery store or when they have things that you can't get at the regular store.

You may have to wait in line at the checkout for a while but the cashiers will always treat you with respect.

When I gave the cashier a 100$ bill she stated giving my change and stopped with her hand in the pennies and asked if I wanted my 9 pennies? It caught me off guard what she was asking? I said I just want my change back..She said it was ok, most people dont want there pennies back? Why would she even ask that?

This was my second time visiting this location although the opening hours are 9am I can never get fast friendly service…I understand that the economy is bad and everyone is short staff but the attitude of the new store manager PAM is horrible! Came in for a simple return with my receipt and the manager claimed that the item was not on the receipt…. I only purchased 2 items on this day a &15 phone charger and a $5 usb cord I told her that was impossible she then stated well I can only put it back on the card OK that’s fine even though I was gonna just exchange it for bread and a drink….. I told her that it’s too early in the morning for the attitude and she then begins to say yeah for your attitude!!!! PAM u need a attitude adjustment I will pray GOD gives you patience cause in this business it’s US customers that keep businesses afloat
