Brought my truck here months ago and I forgot to post a review so here goes. I brought in my truck for a misfire. Battery was bad and that was causing the issue. I paid for a diagnosis and the owner or whoever called me to update me with what the price would be to fix, refused to give me a printed diagnosis. I paid for a new battery and have the paperwork saying I paid for a battery. I get home and turn the car off and it doesn’t start again. My truck couldn’t turn on without a battery anyways so I bit the bullet and paid for one.
A whole separate issue was I was going to be charged like $1800 to change my spark plugs and ignition coils and that wasn’t the issue. Not like I’d know because the owner wouldn’t give me a written/printed diagnosis.
Anyways, got home and turned the truck off. Went to turn the truck on and it wouldn’t start. I went to pop my hood, and the latch was broken. So now it requires 2 people to pop my hood. Love and behold they left my old battery in. They only changed the terminals NOT the battery and they broke my hood latch and I was left without a working vehicle all weekend. I called and left a message and I didn’t get a single phone call or text back.
I feel like straight up because I was a woman I was taken advantage of. I fixed everything myself. The issue was a hose leak on my heating intake that was spraying when accelerating. I replaced the hose and haven’t misfires since. But they wanted to over charge me for like, 1800 or more. Absolutely nuts considering I paid for a battery and I got my truck back off worse than I left it. No battery and broken hood latch. My family and I won’t be returning here. This is why mechanics get a bad name and are assumed to be dishonest or take advantage.
I definitely feel like my hood latch was broken intentionally so I couldn’t pop my hood to see I didn’t get a new battery. Because it was a late Friday afternoon and people wanted to go home. Absolutely trash.

This place is an absolute nightmare. **The people here have no idea what they're doing and their customer service skills are non-existent**. I called inquiring about a battery for my Porsche Cayenne and was told they could get it for me, along with a $150 installation fee on top of the battery cost. When I asked for a quote on my brakes, they said they would tell me once the car was there.
I had my car towed there based on their guarantee of a new battery and installation, only to find out they couldn't deliver. When I mentioned having my car picked up, they suddenly hit me with a $140 diagnostic fee. When I questioned this fee, the woman on the phone tried to shift blame, claiming they could put a battery in but it would be the wrong kind. Who wants the wrong kind of battery in their car?
**Their excuses and lack of accountability are appalling**. The woman claimed they couldn't check the codes for the check engine light because the battery dying had erased all the codes. What kind of nonsense is that? Did they even perform a diagnostic on my vehicle or not?
When I called back, another employee insisted I had to pay a diagnostic fee because it took him 3 hours to remove the battery and inspect the brakes. Why take out my battery if you don't have the replacement ready? And you certainly don't need to dismantle brakes just to inspect them.
**Overall, this place is a disgrace**. I had to pay for towing and leave empty-handed because of their employee's lies. They showed no remorse for the misinformation and only offered a measly $19 discount when it should've been free. The man even had the audacity to claim no auto shop could get the battery for my car, only for me to take it elsewhere and have it replaced the very next day.
**Avoid this place at all costs**. They are incompetent, dishonest, and will only waste your time and money.

I recently had my car repaired at this auto body shop, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff was professional, the service was efficient, and my car looks brand new again! Highly recommend.

Great people on the repair side. The auto body side really messed up painting my car. Brought it back in twice for them to try again since it was covered in bubbles. They started over again fun scratch. It was better this time with no bubbles but was with some warping. Decided to just accept it as is even though it's far from good.

My jeep needed quite a bit of front end work to get back on the road safely. I dropped it off and it was completed before the end of the day. Front desk was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I will return here for any issues with my vehicles.
