The front desk staff and vet tech were lovely. Dr Holland is so mean and rude. Seemed very unhappy. I hope she knows there’s no shame in asking for help.

Horrible service. They make you wait a long time, and they are very despotic and rude.. horrible people, I don't think I will return to this clinic.

I've been going to Fair Oaks for over three months. Because of their lead, Dr. Holland, I will not be returning. Dr. Holland is, without question, a bully. She is extremely rude, condescending, and has no empathy. I see a lot of other reviews also say this.
The doctor talks over you, doesn't listen to your answers, and asks the same question multiple times. I honestly wish I had a recording of the interaction since it was so unprofessional.
She pushed for extra medicines after I told her finances played into decision-making. I didn't ask for an estimate and she said I must have one for eye drops that were over $30. Dr. Holland was also very rough with my cat when administering a shot, and talked over me when I had to repeat myself while my cat screamed.
The other staff members are nice, but aren't very educated. I had one associate tell me, "I don't have a cat so I don't know about this." I was not asking the receptionist, I was asking tech staff.
They are not consistent and do not follow-up on how prescriptions are performing.
Keep in mind with the affordability, you are also getting low-quality care. Veterinary practice is not a cheap thing.

The Dr has no empathy at all and she speaks to clients and her staff like they are beneath her. She also uses dated practices and charges way more than a normal vet. Her staff is nice but she is terrible.

My favorite vet! My cat has issues no other vet was able to diagnose. Dr. Holland got to the bottom of it right away. Excellent; I wish I could leave 6 stars!
And, more affordable than the other clinics I’ve dealt with.

I don't know what happened to this place. I came a little over a year ago and I could sing their praises. Now, the only reason I would ever come back is for the nurse. She is so helpful and kind, understanding and generous.
The Doctor was very mean and not helpful or sensitive at all. She seemed agitated to be there the whole visit. She was very condescending, she didn't seem to know what the heck she was talking about and proceeded to lecture me on things I already knew or things that were irrelevant to the issue that brought us to her in the first place. It seemed I knew more than she did. Heck, Google helped me find more answers. I despised the way she manhandled my sick fur baby, too.
Either way, she was not helpful. She was not kind. Paying was a waste of money. Went to another vet and they were the best. I will continue going to the other vet. And at my pets passing, the OTHER vet sent a card all signed by the staff and a pawprint of my baby to have for free.
That kindness was desperately needed.
Fair oaks. Learn a lesson with this and try to remember kindness and patience goes a long way.

All the staff are very friendly, they make me feel comfortable and they are always very attentive to my kittens….!!

The staff was really friendly, the office manager Ashton was really helpful and took good care of our dogs. I will be bringing my dogs back here from that on.

Had my cats seen here. Dr. Holland and her staff were wonderful with them. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Prices were reasonable and everyone treated my cats like they were their own pets.

Went in for a grooming appointment for my 16 yr old westie and got aggressively told that my dog was in pain and dying all from a couple coughs. Dr Holland then said to have him put down sometime that week because she was leaving on vacation. I asked her to relay the info to my mother and just left a short desperate message about needing to call her and make a decision that day of. She then refused service and told us we can no longer take him there and to go to BluePearl. We instead went to Kennestone Animal Hospital (a much more modern vet) and they told us his Heart murmur and kidney disease was stable and not that bad. I guess Dr Holland really wanted to go on that vacation.

out-of-date, poor hygiene, rude doctor. brought 16 yr old westie in for grooming and at checkup was told hes in pain and dying and needs to be put down that said week, because Dr Holland said shes going out on vacation. Told her to call my mother and leave a detailed message and straight up left an alarming emergency voicemail saying we need to put him down soon. she then refused to service us anymore and referred to Blue Pearl. This was all from a couple coughs. Went to a much more modern vet and was told his heart murmur and kidney disease was stable and quality of life was still good. Dr Holland is stubborn, disrespectful and needs to get with the modern times or she's going to lose more business.
