HOOD MART! Went to get a couple snacks, found a terrible selection of half empty shelves. Got home with the items I bought and thought they tasted fishy so I checked and everything was literally expired (6 months)! Don't go here unless you want to loose some money on scam gas station casino machines!

The staff in the seafood area is very rude. 3x we came to buy seafood, staff are so rude. We'll start going to the other store.

Worst store ever!! This place has THEE WORST customer service! From the customer service center!!! It blows my mind that they're even still open! No one wants to help you find anything, and when you ask a question, they're confrontational! You'll be better going to Nam Dae Mun...honestly anywhere would be better than this dump!

This is a great place to find a lot of international foods. I would not recommend buying produce from here though. My experience has been pretty dismal. The selection of Asian food items is large and I believe the Latin American foods have the most variety and availability in the store. They even sell produce often used in international dishes. If you need a specific vegetable or fruit that isn't commonly found in stores, I say you're better off taking your chances at this place. But if you want to get some produce ingredients you can find at your usual supermarket, I'd go there instead. Overall this place isn't bad at all.

It is nice to have a farmers market close to home but I would only go for spices and maybe a bottle of wine. The fruit I got was bad! I think I'll plan my commute back to Dekalb International Farmers Market

Filipino family living in Douglasville. We're definitely a ways away from the Buford Highway stuff. And no shade thrown intentionally, but I'm not very fond of the H-Mart on the south side. I'm happy with finding AIFM to meet our produce and Asian cooking needs. Acelyn B and I immediately noticed the reggaeton playing as we were walking in. It was like a party while shopping for groceries! How can you not feel good?! On our first visit, we definitely let our excitement take over as we ended up with too much food that wasn't going to get prepared in the next two week. Poor planning on our parts. We've gotten better since. I think.

happy i found a closer farmers market to my house... fresh meat and sea food... affordable prices... clean environment... helpful employees... they have a very good variety of jamaican products that i need... been here twice already and definitely will be returning...UPDATE: changing this from 5 stars to 3 stars because the milk i brought last week was spoiled... the expiration date is for 7/16/19 and today is only the 7/14/19 the other morning i had a small bowl of cereal and i notice it smelled and taste a bit funny but i looked past it because it wasn't ready to expire... this morning i went to go pour some out and the odor was sour and it was white chunks coming out... very disappointed because i really like this farmers market... now i have to wonder what other expired items they are labeling wrong...

Have nothing against the market as a whole. Wide variety of international items at a reasonable price. I gave them a one star because their customer service was non existent. I spent over $70 and the cashier that was checking me out didn't say one word to me. She was talking on the phone, using Bluetooth, the whole time she scanned every single item from my cart. She didn't even tell me my total, but that was not a problem as I can see each item being scanned. She didn't even say thank you after handing me my receipt.

Situated along Austell Road in a truly 1990's style shopping center is this gem of a market in such an unassuming part of Metro Atlanta! Like many markets through out Atlanta, Austell International market offers the ordinary to the "wtf!?". I recently moved to the Vinings area and was turned on to this market by a friend when they heard me complain about being so far from the Buford Market...I know, first world problems! So, one Saturday I ventured out and came back home a very happy and excited man! While the market is definitely smaller than the Buford Market, it was cleaner and the items, at least in the produce/vegetable section were better labeled...which when walking around and seeing things you have no idea of what they are, is very important! Speaking of the fruit/veggie section, this market boasts a solid selection of both. Both times I have been, the team has been actively stocking or plenty has been on the shelf and they also are very visibly caring for the current items to ensure they remain as fresh as possible! Over in the produce section, they also have an expansive selection of fresh/dried seasonings that were quite impressive! Next came the meat section, they had really great prices for most of their meats...especially beef/steak as I was able to pick up close to 2 lbs of Rib-eye steak for $8.75. Yeah, not a typo...it was real life and I was beyond pumped! The only thing I was sad about what their lack of fresh sausages. However, I did pick up a package of locally made beef sausage in the refrigerated section that turned out to be some of the best I had ever gotten! As does most markets, they had a healthy variety of seafood, with the live fish/lobsters waiting to be chosen and prepared fresh. In addition to all the goodies that lie along the edge of the market, I popped my head throughout the interior aisles which took me to places in the middle east, south of the border and beyond. While they offer a lot of stuff you can find cheaper at regular markets, they offer some stuff, such as spices or sauces that you just can't find at your local Kroger. My pantry certainly took on a more, cultured smell upon my return due to all my new finds in the seasoning area(s) of each aisle! Overall, this market was an amazing find for me! The people were friendly, the selection was huge, the price was just right and the location was ideal! As long as I am in this general area of the city, the Austell Market will remain a staple in my grocery shopping!

Drove 2.9 miles to get rewards points. They have the rewards program advertised all over the store but you can't accumulate points for gas. Very disappointed ? Please update system
