Upon checking in at the extended stay the guest services was great, they are very caring and respectful, the guest service guy Bobby does an outstanding job he go above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. My room was nice.

I have been staying at this location for over a week and I love the staff,the hospitality and service has been A1 so far,Now it may be pricey for extended Stay periods but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend and you can't beat the location.Way to go Guys!!!!!!!

Mr.Bobby was very helpful at Windy Hill location. Would let us know what to do when I insurance time got close so we could extend our stay without any issues. Not sure why Book online when you have to go to the hotel and stand in line for a half hour when they know they have a full booking for special events. One person working. The rooms have absolutely nothing in them not even a plastic cup. All the reviews said they don’t have bugs but that’s not true our room in fact did have bugs. Also 9 AM the coffee was already dumped which is ridiculous and you have a full kitchen but not even a coffee pot for one serve. The more you pay the less you get. The staff at this hotel have been very professional, friendly, helpful and always showing concern to ensure that we were accomodated with all our requests. We were assisted by Tricie, Sam and Bobby who have all been so awesome since day one! The location is perfect. The only exception is that we were looking forward to having the complimentary coffee/breakfast that was advertised, but it hasn't been available due to items being out of stock. We would definitely return and recommend to others.Rooms: The size of the room was spacious and very accommodating for our family of 4. It has been very beneficial having a kitchen to cook and save money, and was even more happy to know that the hotel provides cooking/kitchen supplies. We were very pleased upon arrival to find that our room was very clean and the hotel ensured that it met their 10 point cleaning inspection. The beds are also very comfortable and we appreciate having laundry facilities.Safety: The hotel ensured extra security by making sure you had to use your room key to get access to the building and for after hours.

I’ve been here a few days. The staff is awesome. I’d give them 5 stars but there hasn’t been coffee available for two days. Today no continental breakfast. All because management hasn’t provided coffee cups! Lids but no cups is unacceptable since they advertise a bfast and coffee! Now I have to leave my room and go find food. Unacceptable

David Sam and the other gentlemen are very kind and customer service goes a long way. This is not a luxury hotel...it's an extended stay. They deal with all kinds of people on a regular basis and they remain calm and helpful to the best of their ability. They correct/accommodate whenever they can. Good customer service is hard to find. Its hard find those that actually listen to what the customer is saying and going through. Yall are appreciated ?
